If you are looking for a repair service to an appliance that is out of warranty, prepare to be disappointed. After jumping through hoops for a while, dealing with automated AI, all the while hoping to talk to a real person, then get to a point where there is nothing. You've been hung up on. This is the place.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! The employees will tag you with a sales/price tag and steal your personal items. The Management is behind it (Cindy is her name). If you see a customer with a sales/price tag on their back please stop them and ask them to make sure they have everything with them.

Awful. Can't manage simple delivery, no one answers the phone, it's all just a bunch of useless personnel passing the buck around until you get fed up and shop somewhere else. This place stays in business because they're the only game in town. Zero stars, but yelp made me add one. Do. Not. Recommend.
