This dealership is the perfect place to get the complete runaround and get blown off. I'm not one that is a bitter or brutal person when it comes to reviews but I had promises made that 3 whole weeks later haven't been done. Are you serious? They took my trade and wouldn't give me a chance to give them the p.o.s. they sold me back and get my trade back. Sold it and I'm out my money. Please anyone on the naval air station that sees this post trust and believe don't waste you time with empty weak promises. I'm trying my best to get rid of the car I can't get anything done that was promised!!

Update: They decided to fix my vehicle on their dime to rectify the situation, which I am grateful for. During the ac repair, two parts on my vehicle were damaged, understandable since they needed to remove the whole dash. They told me they were ordering the parts and would repair the damage. It's been a month or so since picking my car up and they haven't contacted me at all. Donna texted me last month asking for a review. I replied to the text last friday asking about the parts. No reply. I've called their main number 3 times but the calls aren't going through. Hoping to get a response soon so the parts on my dash and door can be repaired and I can be done with the whole ordeal.\\nI will never buy another vehicle from this place. My family has purchased three vehicles from Lexington Park Ford in the last 1 and a half. You should be VERY careful using their service department! I called and spoke to the finance department first and was told that my warranty covered the service needed on my car. They told me to bring it in for an appointment. The service department then DOUBLE CHECKED that my warranty was going to cover the service and assured me it would be completely covered. Upon arriving I was told they needed to keep my car all day. I wasn't told this beforehand. That evening they call me to tell me that they need to keep my car overnight and that they don't know if my warranty will cover anything now! Today I get a call from the service center saying that my warranty covers nothing! ON TOP OF THIS, they are now telling me that I have to pay a service fee of $150! I was never told this beforehand. I would have never brought my car in if I knew this. I will never ever trust this dealership again. I've had my car for a year. The seal is falling off of one of the doors, the air conditioner doesn't work and the heat doesn't work. The car was delivered to my house dirty and covered in scratches.

Cheyenne and Daniel have completely changed the service department around. I used to take my vehicle elsewhere but not any more!

If you're reading this having doubts about this place due to a past experience with the service center, do not doubt. I'm not sure what they did, but their service department has turned it around. Their communication, dedication, persistence has improved to where if I could rate this service center a 6, I would. Kudos to Charlie and Liam

I began my car shopping experience after attending the DC CAR SHOW. 1st stop was LP FORD, took a test drive of an Explorer but really wanted a Bronco - sadly none were available that day. My salesman Bryce was phenomenal- very satisfied with him. I explained I was undecided in my final purchase & was going to drive other vehicles elsewhere before deciding. I waited for my vehicle to be appraised by them for a potential trade in. The finance guy was very pushy. I told him repeatedly I didn't want to run my credit until I knew what I would commit to buying. I explained I was just beginning to shop around and didn't want to do a credit review. Somehow he managed to run my credit anyway AGAINST MY PERMISSION. I know this because I received a copy of the review he requested in yesterday's mail. Thank you Mr Pushy Finance Man for helping me make up my mind. If I can't trust you to honor my wishes, you don't deserve my business. Idk how you even did this with no consent, social security number etc but this made my choice easy. SHADY BUSINESS HERE

Highly do NOT recommend. They are pushy, they don't listen to what you have to days and spend their time covering their ass for legal reasons. This is. BIG TIME PURCHASE for anyone. They rushed me in and out. Tried to sell me a vehicle that was NOT MD inspected, had fuzzy mold growing on the seats, actually broke down when trying to move it in the parking lot for my first choice. My second choice. Radio flickers on and off, usb connection tunes off when you hit a bump or pothole, transmission clunks, several times the car has hesitated and almost shut down on me crossing major highways, leaks water from the shit tight windows at car wash, belts squealing. And many other things, including it was totally dirty inside and the windows were bubbling after I got them tinted there. The vehicle I bought had an active recall and I kept asking why they needed to hold onto my vehicle for a week and they wouldn't say why, I loom and saw it had an active recall and finance guy said that's what they were fixing but wasn't sure. I'd clear, straight forward, honest dedicated car sales team is what you want, DO NOT GO HERE!

Got my oil changed a lot faster than they said. Told me it would be a few hours, took only 90 minutes.

What started off on the wrong foot was turned around after a sit down with management to discuss how to better the lack of communication between customers and the dealership really put a strain on returning customers. I left feeling heard and I hope they fulfill their commitment of putting the customers as top priority. The management there seem to really be striving to make this dealership a better place.

After having multiple issues with this dealership we are very impressed with Leslie who reached out to help take care of all our issues we previously had. She went above and beyond to get things straightened out, and we have high hopes moving forward with this Ford dealership.

Lex Park Ford has been a pleasure to work with. Not the best on calling and communicating, might be due to how busy they are. But they’ve taken care of me and my truck and seem to legitimately care when you talk to them.

Used 2014 f350 passed Md state inspection with new P rated tires. It was sold to us as passing md state inspection. 2 yrs and 12,000 miles later the belts in the tires began failing due to being weight. These tires were rated for a 2601 lb car, the f350, itself not including our camper and golfcart is 3 times heavier than what the tires were rated for. Yet this truck somehow passed inspection. Due to the lack of a proper inspection we were forced to purchase 4 new tires that are safe and correct size. LPFord refuses to take responsibility and reimburse us for the new tires. Safety should come first, not money! WHY AND HOW DID IT PASS INSPECTION?
