Every employee we dealt with from top to bottom was pleasant and easy to work with. So refreshing to have a dealer not trying to take advantage of the lack of inventory to charge us thousands of dollars over the MSRP like other dealers in the area. It will be remembered and we are already telling anybody who will listen to please ask for Kip McConnell or Mr. Raley and be treated like a valued customer and not an opportunity to gouge somebody. Quality organization that is easy to recommend to our family,friends,etc You have earned a customer for life. Thank you

Robbie was an excellent salesman with a great attitude and patience. He walked us through the options on the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable on the options with different models and helped us make the decision to buy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Our experience was amazing from arriving at the dealership for the initial test drive to the document closing. Aaron approached my husband and I to offer assistance and never pressured us to buy anything but offered any help that he could as far describing the differences between the RST VS. Z71 models. We had been undecided which model to go with until we got to the dealership. So his help was greatly appreciated. Our experience continued with the rest of the staff at Lexington Park motors with the sales manager, customer service and financial department. But Aaron was the initial impression and we pursued our purchase because of him.

A lot of promises when buying a car from Chevy. Once bought and out the door they don’t care. I have a severe issue with the front end of a Volvo that I purchased and was told it would be fixed just like I was told that when any maintenance is done on my vehicle it would be recorded, is that why they didn’t even reset the maintenance overdue button, but I was told I could come back over there and they could TRY to reset! They Don’t mind pushing that warranty on you either. I’ve done a lot of business with them and sent alot of people there, but no more. I will make sure my husband goes elsewhere to buy his new truck! Also, was told only one person had this vehicle before me, but not the case because I found maintenance records in the owners book.

Everyone that I have spoken with was extremely nice and helpful. They worked with me and helped me find a car with a payment I could agree with. I went in to inquire trading my 2022 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend for a used 2020 Chevy Trax in mind and walked out with a new 2024 Buick Encore GX. I'm still getting used to it, but it is a beautiful ride. Thank you everyone at Lexington Park Chevy for helping me with my new vehicle.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Lexington Park Chevy and was extremely impressed with the quality of service I received. From the moment I dropped off my car, I felt like I was in good hands. My assigned service rep, Kenny, was exceptional. He kept me informed throughout the day about the status of my vehicle and ensured that everything was done to my satisfaction.
The service itself was top-notch. All fluids were topped off, the oil change and tire rotation were completed efficiently, and my car was returned to me in excellent condition. I was particularly impressed with how attentive the staff was to detail.
The General Manager, Steve Raley, also provided excellent service. He was friendly, approachable, and made sure that my needs were met.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Lexington Park Chevy. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service and friendly staff.

Ordered a tool box off their website and they canceled my order without as much as a sorry or a kiss our a$$. No explanation at all. If you are going to put something on your website for sale, then you should honor that order or provide a honest explanation for your inability to fulfill that order. Buyer beware of this dealership.

Tony and the rest of the service team are absolutely amazing. First go around there was a miscommunication on my part that prevented my car from being able to be worked on. However, Tony and the front desk were very friendly and helpful to get the miscommunication figured out so we could get my car done. The second time it went in for the same issue (the first appointment I had to leave due to the miscommunication I had something else going on right after I picked it up), they were very quick and helpful with getting the work done and getting my car back to me. Everytime I walk in there I not only feel respected as a Sailor in the Navy, but I feel respected as a person as well.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Lexington Park Chevy Buick GMC provided me with an easy and seamless process to get me into a new truck. From the first phone call with Grant, the General Sales Manager, I knew this was the place I wanted to buy a new vehicle. Grant gave me the information straight, we talked, and came up with a price we could both feel good about. Johnny was an amazing individual that took me for a test drive and answered all the questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced in what I can assume is every single vehicle on the lot. Shout out to Leo for being so professional and extremely helpful in assisting me with the apps and electronics of the vehicle. Overall it was by far the most satisfactory experience I’ve ever been a part of purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, no upsell, they truly genuinely care about doing everything they can to get you in the vehicle your looking for. Outstanding customer service, so helpful, and their finance folks are top notch also and so easy to work with! 5 star review for me all the way thank you Grant and team for making this such an awesome experience and restoring my faith in the car buying experience!

I inquired about a car that was being sold at this dealer, and talked to two incredibly helpful and nice associates. I scheduled the appointment the very next weekend. The sales representative even offered to pick me up if I could not come myself. The car was located at a different location, so the representative drove it from that location to the one I was visiting, cleaned the car, and made sure the gas tank was full. When I arrived he was incredibly patient, easy to talk to and made the overall experience so welcoming and easy. I talked to two other associates, and just like the previous one, made the experience easy, simple, and enjoyable. They are not aggressive about upselling you anything, they talk to you like you're one of their own, and really make you feel comfortable.
The entire process took around 3 hours, and it felt like half of that. My salesman, Glen, was just perfect, I took a test drive with him and he was someone that seemed made for this. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and made you feel welcomed. The finance representative I worked with, I'm so sorry I forgot your name, was so so friendly and I just loved talking to him. Mary in customer relations was so sweet, fun to talk to, and very funny. Sarah in the service department, who I only talked to momentarily, was so funny as well. I really need to praise the staff here, every single one of them made an experience that is known for being a hassle the complete opposite. I could not recommend this dealership enough.
