I'm not sure why they jam up the aisles restocking during the busiest times of day. It's impossible to shop because you can't access half of the store.

I accidentally ordered two slices of pizza instead of two whole pies. After receiving the slices, I realized my mistake and explained it to HT staff member Briana. She quickly hooked me up with two pies and was very understanding and professional, Thank you!

Probably the worst experience I have in a decade, anywhere. My almost 70 year old mother and I were literally followed around the store the entire time we were there. We were even blocked by different employees from reaching products. It was obvious we were being pushed through the store, I even doubled back at one point to check and all the sudden, no employees blocking my every move and following me every where I went, until they found me again. Obviously they thought I was a thief but I have NO IDEA why, my purse was tiny and already stuffed to the brim, and I was in yoga pants and a tank top so it couldn't have been more obvious I didn't have any where to conceal anything. It started the second I stepped foot into the store and did not stop until we were literally back in our car, we were even followed out to the parking lot. The only thing I can think of is they saw a disabled person walking abnormally (imagine that) and decided I must be stealing things. The absence of pockets clearly didn't matter, but probably only because of their security's clear lack of brain cells. Neither I nor my mother will ever shop there again and will absolutely be telling everyone about being profiled and harassed for having the audacity to be disabled and/or elderly in their store.

Overall, a good grocery store. Has just about everything you need. could use to have some more sugarless items in the bacon section. Salmon is okay, rotisserie chicken is decent also and is amazing that they are plain and not covered in seasonings and sugar and additives etc. So, thank you Harris Teeter for that. Everyone working there seems nice and willing to help. Between here and the other local stores you can find just about anything within a few mile radius.

Had to change my baby on a filthy bathroom floor because they didn't bother to install baby changing stations in their bathrooms. Also feel like I'm going to be sick because every molecule of oxygen in that bathroom was displaced by whatever nauseating chemical fragrance they saturated the space with. Horrible.

I enjoy their pickup because it's not crazy busy but don't order a custom cake from their bakery, it was awful! From the poor design to the taste.

Great selection of food and friendly staff. It’s close to my home. Take advantage of the fuel points because there is a Harris Teeter sponsored fuel station close to the store

Harris Teeter is usually our go-to for pizza. It’s affordable and easy to order through the app. Today, they were slipping— literally. It looks like they dropped the pizza box, since all of the cheese/toppings slid to one side. Instead of letting this go out as is, I would’ve been happy to wait for a redo. But I get it, it’s Friday and they’re usually slammed. It’s still really disappointing though.
