He showed us several different models and spoke knowledgeably about the pros and cons of each. Since we are new and haven't yet even closed on our new house, we had to arrange for delayed delivery and he was very accommodating of that as well as our other needs and concerns. Joseph made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you, Joseph! We will be back to this Lowe's for our future needs.”

“Absolutely good tool boxes, don’t like that batteries and chargers are sold separately from battery operated hand tools. And everyone knows you get what you pay for, that being said the five star rating is for outstanding customer service!!”
