Had driven almost an hr here to get something that was said to be in stock online and they were out of stock but the employee was quick to fix the issue and left me happy to come back for anything else I need to buy. Lil note for the future when In doubt call ahead if you don't want to make the drive to find out it's out of stock.”

Joseph in the Appliances Department greeted us warmly and was very friendly and kind to our disabled son. He showed us several different models and spoke knowledgeably about the pros and cons of each. Since we are new and haven't yet even closed on our new house, we had to arrange for delayed delivery and he was very accommodating of that as well as our other needs and concerns. “Went into Lowe's to buy a couple of tool chests. Paul was very helpful. He had to obtain the items from the storage shelves above the sales shelves, which he did without a problem. Paul and Darrin helped me through the self-checkout and then helped me load the heavy and bulky items into my truck. Could not have asked for nicer folks, and their customer assistance was fabulous.
