Having been happy clients for quite a while I recommended them to my parents. They have had a beautiful pendant made from a family antique coin and a few other things done. My parents were very pleased as well. They dropped off a watch that my grandfather had gifted my mom many years ago. This was no ordinary watch and required that it be sent off to another craftsman. My parents gave permission for that to happen. There was some trouble encountered here resulting in the watch needing to be replaced. G&H went far above and beyond in rectifying this situation when they easily could have said sorry not our fault. My mom picked up her new watch today and loves it. Any business can encounter a problem it is all in how they handle it and David could not have done a better job!!! Even after this unfortunate incident I will still continue to use them as my preferred store and recommend them to anyone!

Don’t go here! I had them size my wedding rings and they sized them two different sizes! Then when I went in to get it resized again bc they are still too big they were going to charge me THREE TIMES the amount Ricks Jewelers was going to! Hi! I’ll take my business to Rick‘s from now on And so should you! Don’t waste your time here spending way more than you should!

I received Va diamond anniversary band for Valentine’s Day from hubby.. so I call G&H Jewerly to do the work in one day .. excellent job fair price sizing was done as promised !Very happy with the staff and the gemologist !!!

In st thomas last week bought mens gold ring with diamond and black diamonds stateside appraisal says cubic zirconia on diamonds and synthetics on black diamonds a fake the only thing real is the gold i paid 3,500 and worth estimatrd at 800 dollars also high pressure sales tacticts. Beware of scam store gh and wont return calls.

G&H Jewelers really exceeded my expectations. My fiancé lost her Vera Wang engagement ring and although I had it insured it was difficult to get it replaced with Zales where I originally purchased the ring. Long story short I found G&H and it so happened that they worked directly with my jewelry insurer and they were able to make a identical ring all in house that actually ended up being better than the original with a higher grade diamond. I was completely blown away with how it turned out. David is the man! My fiancé absolutely loves it and we can’t thank you enough.

I recently bought a promise ring for my girlfriend from here. When I tell you the level of customer service and patience from Ms. Callie and, G and H is so sound. It needs to be studied and set as a standard. Ms. Callie has been with me every step of the way to make sure the ring was right. G and H will forever be my 1st destination when looking for jewelry.
