Love the ability for my daughter to enjoy the kids yoga and craft class while I took a class at the same time. We both had a great time and will be returning.
Evolve Yoga + Wellness is a community yoga studio offering virtual and in-person classes and a variety of wellness modalities in Southern Maryland! We offer many diverse styles of yoga as well as other mind-body modalities. In addition to yoga classes designed for every body and practitioner, we offer Meditation, Pranassage, Health Coaching, Personal Training and Tai Chi.
All of our classes are led by highly trained, certified teachers to ensure you receive quality and valuable instruction in a safe and supportive way. We truly believe there is a type of yoga or movement for “every body”, regardless of age, shape, or flexibility.
