“Target has become my go-to store for items, no matter what they are. Especially since I have moved, I have noticed that Target is a bit more abundant in this state. And I love that for me.When I visited I was still in the 'move in' phase at my apartment. That means I was constantly coming across things that I didn't have, or things that I had, but had no idea where they might be. Not big things, but essential things.Target has come through for me and I was able to grab some of the needed items while I stopped here. I may have also bought myself a few items that weren't warranted, but wanted.This store was clean and organized. It also appeared that they were well stocked with a variety of items. Overall, great experience here. Especially after using the self checkout, I was on my way.”

“I came into Verizon to research a more affordable cell phone plan. Day 1 of my pursuit I talked to Mr. Boss ( I don’t remember his first name.) He was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and professional. Moreover he gave me many options to consider.Although I didn’t decide on a plan that day, I returned the next day and Kerry assisted me. He was charismatic andclearly explained precisely how my new plan worked.My experience with these two representatives was reassuring and positive . They represented exemplary customer service.Lastly, I need to mention that my recent online experience with the Verizon bot was horrible and brutal. Please go back and program your online bots to respond to humans in a humane way. I requested a customer service representative and it basically hung up on me twice.”
