Nothing, I switched to this CVS because of the pharmacist and staff even though I have a CVS less than a mile from my house I choose to drive 7 miles to get to this CVS and I like the fact it is located in Target which enables me to do other things.

This has been my “go-to” pharmacy since we moved here, not sure it will be now. Today I went in to pick up a prescription for my son, got home, realized the pharmacy tech hadn’t put it in the bag that she stapled and sent me on my way with. She had said I “needed to speak to the Pharmacist” but went ahead and said “it just needs to not be refrigerated and shaken up well, any questions?” I said “no”. I paid, she handed me said prescription, and I left. My husband later went back since the prescription was never put in the bag, I hadn’t thought to check it cause it was stapled and I had every reason to believe it was in there. The Pharmacist writes on the new prescription my husband went back for that I had “left without speaking to the pharmacist and without picking up the prescription”. How could I leave with a prescription I “never picked up” and have a receipt for it? I was never told to wait, she sent me on my way. I was never asked to step aside. No need for passive notes, get your facts straight.

The staff at the store on Three notch Road in California Maryland is absolutely horrid all of them. Not one of them not even the pharmacist blinked let alone made eye contact after I waited being told my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes only to be told after 25 that it wasn't in stock so clearly no one even had begun filling it yet. This is unacceptable and I really think an audit should be done at that store location. Immediately, with the help of the pharmacist or staff member at the Target CVS location They pulled the prescription over and I went to pick it up the next day. When I went the next day to pick it up it was ready and the staff member treated me warmly and professionally. This is the way it should be. I think that other location either needs to be shut down or remedial training needs to be given and that head pharmacist or whoever is in charge needs to be spoken to because they have no customer service skills whatsoever.

Had the best experience today with my prescription. They have always been great but today Bobbie helped me immensely with a script I had to pay out of pocket for. Great job and many thanks

The pharmacist are very knowledgeable and they have good communication. The products are organized and my prescriptions are filled on time.

Use to be a great pharmacy but in the past 3-4 months they have gone to hell. Always messing up prescriptions and lying saying they can't fill prescriptions until a certain date then I get on the phone with my insurance company and they say that I can fill it. I don't what the white guy pharmacist is doing he used to be great unless he has a bunch of incompetent employees working for him now that it's hard to control his staff.

The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. They will even help customers look for coupons or discounts on prescriptions. The pharmacists really get to know their patients and make sure you understand how to take your medicine. I give my highest recommendation.

JB, Michelle and the rest of the team are truly the best in Maryland. I’ve gone to all the pharmacies in St. Mary’s County and never got the top notch service as I have with CVS Target - they will bend over backwards to ensure great service and in my case when I need my meds “transferred” to my home state when I take extended trips, no problem/s...you just can’t bet this team...5 stars plus in my book...

On Monday I went in to refill a prescription. They were out and said they would order it and that it will be in Thursday. Thursday they said that they can order it and it will be in next Tuesday. I don't believe them!

Can’t seem to get my prescriptions all on the same day, ending up having to go back multiple times each month. This is a pain; especially to those of us that are disabled or in chronic pain. Looking for a new pharmacy now.

Have never had a pharmacy mess up a prescription before, till here. First she told me that my new insurance card covered my prescription. Then only to find out a month later that she never entered it into system !! And that's because, they asked me for my card again. So I started asking questions.... That's when we figured it out. Told them to fix it, and she said it was only a few dollars difference. Besides that- they messed it up - that was 32.00 credit for me! Why would somebody do that? And lie to me about it! CVS- you need to clean house in that store!!
