So a person can literally wait 30-45 minutes in line, only to pull through the drive thru window and be refused service because a passenger, not the driver, in the vehicle is holding a cigarette out the window on the other side of the vehicle. The window was closed on us and we were actually yelled at by the pharmacist after the cigarette was thrown out. Every person in this place acts like they are doing you a favor. And, incidentally, the no smoking sign was posted on the window, not before it so someone knows their rule. I have never been treated this rudely by a business.

They have such great customer service....I walked in assuming that the drivethru was closed.Several people there standing around.I go up to the one at the pick-up window and told them I was there to pick-up my wife's prescription. She said it would be a moment. While I'm there this guy walks up and takes her over with getting stuff. I'm not sure if he was why she was tied up or what.I wait and wait and wait. A person comes through the drivethru and gets their prescription in just a few moments. I'm fuming, so I grumble out loud that I may as well do that. No response. So I do it and am done in moments. I tell the woman there what happened and all I got was "she was busy". No apology or anything and she closed the window.I think I'm going somewhere else in the future.

The pharmacists here are extremely unprofessional.

Go up the street to the CVS in Hollywood. They treat everyone trying to fill any medication like you're a drug addict trying to manipulate them into giving you extra pills. Won't give you syringes that match, even if you have medications that need injection, so don't come here if you're diabetic. Won't give you holdover meds if there's any kind of interruption, so don't come here if you're on SSRIs. Just don't come here. The other reviews are right, this is the worst pharmacy in Maryland.

If I could leave one star, I would I have stopped dealing with CVS because every location I’ve ever been to is full of all the same type of people as their employees. Sometimes I visit this location to pick up my husband‘s medication for him every time I go to get it they tell me that it’s too early to be filled and every time I have to tell them no it is not. Please run it again they look at me like I’m crazy they get smart get attitude And I get an attitude right back because I know what they need to do like I said Every single time I go there it happens so today the girl in the drive-through was so rude that I needed to drive off because she was about to get me out of character with my children in the car can’t have that but if she does I want her to know she’s got the right one Just let me know what time she gets off and we can talk about it anyway, CVS just needs to go ahead and do what they were talking about doing and closing down every single location because with the type of people they hire I don’t know how they’re still in business this long. If I could’ve this place, I would’ve not even just the pharmacy. The whole entire business needs to be shut down

I was denied my Covid and Flu vaccine appointment by this pharmacy. I presented my healthcare insurance, my prescription card with Express Scripts and my valid Maryland Drivers License as identification. I had my previous vaccines at this exact location in May by a lovely African American pharmacist/nurse with my husband. Yesterday the new Nigerian pharmacist and his Nigerian co worker refused my appointment, but accepted my white husband's appointment for both the Covid and flu vaccines. My husband and I have the exact same insurance and prescription coverage. At first the pharmacist couldn't locate my appointment, then he said I did not have an appointment for both only Covid vaccine, and then later he escalated to saying that my insurance refused coverage for the Covid vaccine. Each time he said, not to blame him. I was calm initially, but as he further escalated each denial with a new explanation, I lost my cool. I was very upset. My insurance coverage has NEVER been an issue at any point in my life.We contacted our providers and discovered that BLue Cross Blue Shield did not cover vaccines, that Express Scripts did. Express Scripts saw no issue with my account status and fully supported that I receive a Covid Vaccine, and that the Flu shots were free to anyone that asked for one.All of my conversation with Express Scripts and the behavior I witnessed at this particular pharmacy, each person that presented to this pharmacist that lookd like me, seemed to have trouble negotiating their transactions. Each African American I saw walk up to the counter was denied their transaction for differing reasons. The manner of how my appointment was first mysteriously not visible, but I was able to check in on my phone for both vaccines, then the pharmacist seemed to locate it, but not for both vaccines, then he suddenly found that my insurance refused coverage because my identification didn't match their records. He did not need my health insurance for this vaccine and he had my Express Script card in his hand. The flu shot is available to anyone that wants it. Just two weeks prior I had prescriptions filled with the same information at a neighboring CVS. My white husband had no issues with his appointment, which I made for him.I additionally want to point out that there was a gentleman at this CVS who did treat me well. The store manager, a very tall, kind man did try to speak with us. He was kind to us the day prior. He was engaging, had a warm sense of humor. He represented the brand of CVS very, very well._______Update:September 27, 2023My husband and I rescheduled our vaccines at the Solomons Island CVS at 13390 H G Trueman Rd. They mysteriously had no issues with my appointment or my husbands. They did not try to tell me that my insurance company denied the vaccine, or that they could not find my appointment. They quickly located my appointment for both vaccines and provided them without incident along with my husband. This CVS is located over the bridge a good distance away from Three Notch Road. I sincerely hope that others that have been denied service at Three Notch Road are as able to locate more competent and cordial pharmacy workers.

This has got to be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to. I can't understand why when no one is in line they still take way to long to help you. They really need to work as if they care about other people's time.

I'm only leaving a two because of a nice soft spoken lady in the pharmacy on the night of 8/16/23. My whole pregnancy (41 weeks), I've told the pharmacy that I've had THREE different insurances and they always say it doesn't go through, but they would never check the newer one. On top of it they would be rude about it. Finally last night the soft spoken lady said let me check and it went through. Imagine denying a pregnant person their medications because of pure laziness and not listening. I'm thankful for that lady and me getting my postpartum medications.

Pharmacy is filled with unprofessional employees. From what they discuss in front of customers to how they dismiss customers, definitely do not recommend.Got a message that our prescription was ready, went through the drive-thru (lady was nice) and was told we needed to come inside because it wasn’t ready. Stood in line to see/hear how unprofessional it is in there. They wouldn’t help answer questions, dismissed us, and were no help at all. Really sucks to leave negative reviews, but this CVS was terrible!

Horrible CVS. The pharmacy manager is so rude and condescending. I already felt bad and don’t need to be talked down to and made to feel stupid. Will not be going here again!

This CVS has gotten really bad in the past year. They almost never run my 2nd insurance and overcharge me, they answer the phone, tell you to please hold and then hang up on you. This one lady Lucie, asked me to please wait for "one minute" when I drove up to the window today. Then made me wait for ten. There are 4 people behind me in line. Finally, I had to knock on the window to get her to help me. The text messages I receive about my meds are confusing and wrong. I'll get a message telling me something is ready, and I go to pick it up and they tell me it's out of stock. Or I'll get a message telling me that a med I just picked up an hour earlier is on order and they'll text me when it's back in stock (???!!!) They have sent me to other CVS locations for a med they didn't have in stock and when I drive over they tell me they don't have it either. Very frustrating. They don't seem to actually want to help, they just want to get rid of you. I'm planning on reporting this location to the better business bureau.
