I've been there multiple times (today included) when they were suppose to be open but they're not there. And the hours are pretty limited to begin with. They have super cute and unique stuff but you're lucky if they open on time for you to see it.

Love the items you carry and most of the time the staff is friendly and helpful (when they're there), but my experience this week isn't the first time this has happened to me at your location and I feel the need to share...Stopped by on Tuesday at 11:15 to pick up a gift card and no one was there and the doors were locked (the store supposedly opens at 11). So I stopped by again today and the very apologetic sales lay let me know you don't have any gift cards right now. How can you own a business and not have gift cards at Christmastime? I'm not trying a 3rd time, I'll just go somewhere else that seems more concerned with doing business.
