Only rating a 5 because 6 isn't an option. I've been telling my previous mechanic about vibrations for close to 2 years, and she claimed there was nothing they could do. Took the car to Cheseldine, they identified the issue (collapsed engine mount) and fixed it for a reasonable price. Looks like I found my new mechanic.
