If you’re looking to buy a home, Patrice Christie is the realtor you need. As first time home buyers, she helped make this process as easy as possible. Once our offer got accepted, she helped us every step of the way to help us close 2 days earlier than estimated. She is everything you want in a realtor : persistant, responsive, outgoing, positive, & intelligent on her material. If you don’t choose her, you’re missing out(maybe on that house you want too)!

Wonderful experience!! I had been househunting for over six months before I stumbled across my realtor (Michelle Jerow ) with the Century 21 Mark Fridco team. We clicked right away. I could tell she took the time to really analyze what I was looking for. With the market being so terrible, at the moment, she was fantastic at thinking outside of the box and presenting me with properties that fit all of my needs. She’s not the first realtor I’ve ever worked with, but certainly the best! When I finally made a decision on a property and it came to the paperwork, the team expedited everything! It was like a well oiled machine and I’m so pleased with how everything went. 10 out of 10 recommend working with the Mark Frisco team and, specifically, Michelle!!

Be careful when renting from this business. Make sure when you move in you keep a full record of all issues you note at move in. Keep a log of all phone calls you make to them. First, took them 3 weeks to remove a tree branch that broke off and fell on the roof right over the back deck. When we moved in, two of the wheels on the dishwasher basket were broke off thier axels. I reported it and used zip ties to hold them on. The never fixed it. When we moved out, they took $500 off our deductible claiming we broke the new alliance they put in. Smartly, I took pictures when we moved in of every issue I reported to them. I contacted them and told them they were wrong. They insisted they replaced our dishwasher after we reported it and we broke the new one. So, I went to the house and asked the new tenents about the dishwasher. They stated it had broke wheels. I showed them the correspondence from Century 21 and they allowed me to come in and see the dishwasher. Same one as when I moved in. I took a picture and went back to century 21. Their first response was "you can't do that". I said "what, accept an invite to a friend's house and see that you lied to me and them"? I had to threaten to get a lawyer and sue before they calmed down and became rational. I got a check for the $500. I should not have had to go that far and I saved the current tenant the same pain. This was a couple years ago so hopefully they've stopped this deceitful practice, yes, I'm 100% convinced it was not an oversight. I did not even consider using Century 21 when a bought a house 2 years later. They may have changed but just a warning to renters, no matter who you rent from.

Recently my father died. House is being g sold as. The agent stated that we would have to pay for the house to be demolished. That is absolutely wrong. When you sell a house "as is" it is up to the buyer to pay for all costs that they wish to do. Therefore once the signature is on the line and sale goes thru the new owner pays to have it repaired or to be torn down. Don't rely on what your agent tells you. They are only interested in the $$ they get from the sell. I don't trust the agent we have and therefore don't trust Century 21 at all

Anissa Hutchins was our realtor for the purchase of our first home. I would highly recommend her! She made sure we understood every detail throughout the whole process. Anissa also kept in touch with our loan officer to ensure that everything was completed on their end in a timely manner. She also kept me in check when it was necessary I don't know what I would have done without her.

Where do I begin... we were blessed with the Devine and glorious and beautifully sculpted agent of none other than James Barnes! Ladies (or some gentlemen) beware of being sucked into his gaze but don't fret his honesty and swagger are not just a show! He is the real deal! And a firefighter to boot so when he isn't rescuing the unfortunate from the ashes! He is there for you on your schedule! Even when my wife and I didn't know a single thing of what we wanted there was not a hint of an eye roll or a disappointing sigh! The realtor who cares! The realtor you can trust ! An agent to guide you home! A smart move with a smart agent! A cut above the rest! Save 15% or more by switching to Geico! He doesn't have a catch phrase because there isn't one single exclamation point that can sum up Gods gift to real estate, he embodies them all! I mean he knows what causes structural damage in houses and he would probably feel really bad if he found a house that was a fire hazard and had to pull you out of a house he helped you find! But he would because he is that type of awesome! Did I mention his looks? Geez! I have to admit that I thought all firefighters were muscle bound and simple minded but this guy is not only brawn but brain as well! Flipping a home...James Barnes Finding a second home...James Barnes Turn key home...James Barnes Wasting time just looking at homes with no intention of buying...James Barnes Supporting first responders...James Barnes Did I mention James Barnes? JAMES BARNES Remember James Barnes for your next home! Not only will he help you find a home but the time you spend with him will even want to make you sign up for a gym membership so you can have a new body and lifestyle to go with your new home and life!

Had a phenomenal experience with this real estate brokerage! Drema Ballengee-Grunst is a star and deserves any listing that can be thrown your way. Extremely well spoken, organized, and committed. She is truly a concierge Realtor and is fresh to the real estate profession but certainly capable and the best Realtor Century 21 can provide in the location. Ask for Drema!

I had a great experience. The paper work was greatly explained and everything was at my convenience. Whenever I wanted to see a house I saw it when I wanted to go so it didn't interfere with work. My family couldn't be happier we got a great house in a great location and cheaper than we were paying for rent. Alan thank you for the smooth transition and making our first home buying experience easy if I ever need another home you will be the one to get a call.
