Went for car wash. Paid. Got aprayed with soap and then it stopped. No contact number. No way to ask for help or get a refund. Just robbery $16 at a time

Jun 26 Edit: Monthly pricing over 2 cars makes no sense. 15 washes should pay for any car you own. It's like you're betting we don't use the wash.
New touchless wash equipment seems a lot better. Please update your advertising and maybe online payment for monthly plans. No one knows you fixed the equipment.

Don’t go here. Paid $13 for premium wash on the soft touch foam was not even hitting my car then the wash stopped didn’t even get a wash and paid $13.
Phone number doesn’t work either. Hopefully disputing the charge will get my $13 back. Waste of time and money.

I paid the 16 dollars for the touchless car wash on 1/21/2024 in California, MD. The car was started and pre soaked the hood. It the ended andcsaid it was over and to exit. My truck never got washed nor rinsed. The process lasted less than 20 seconds and it said to exit. There does not appear to be a way on their website to complain or request a refund.

Better than other car washes in the area. I put in at least $6 to get a good wash. The foam brushes work very well

The machine is setup to steal your money. I put $20 bill and it never returned my change and I called the number a dozen time. The phone is computerized to and there is no one to answer.The owners needs to be sued for stealing people’s money.

I remember the day this car washed opened. And man, did it go down hill fast!The PLC is all mixed up; doesn’t wash in any logical order and every time is different. Hardly any product is used and some spray patterns work, others don’t.It’s just become a shady place. Place is not kept up.

Horrible car wash. Paid for the ultimate car wash and seemed more like a basic rinse. Same bugs on the grill/windshield and dirt on the tires.

Barely working. Not giving whats being paid for. Been getting worse for a long time. Not sure anyone monitors it. Left side sprayer is now completely dead and the so-called high pressure wash is now a trickle.
