“We are new to the area and needed new appliances. We came to Lowe's just to look around and see what was available. Joseph in the Appliances Department greeted us warmly and was very friendly and kind to our disabled son. He showed us several different models and spoke knowledgeably about the pros and cons of each. Since we are new and haven't yet even closed on our new house, we had to arrange for delayed delivery and he was very accommodating of that as well as our other needs and concerns. Joseph made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you, Joseph! We will be back to this Lowe's for our future needs.”
