Kim has been our agent for multiple purchases, both home and undeveloped land. She has been great to work with every time. Brooke has pitched in his expertise on several occasions as well, going above and beyond for customers that are not even his direct responsibility.

Brooke helped us acquire our dream home in St. Mary’s county! He helped us navigate the competitive home buying market with savy negotiating and excellent people skills. He was attentive and easily reachable by phone and text. Brooke was in our corner and represented our interests extremely well. This was on full display when the home seller did not have keys ready during closing and wouldn’t have them sent for a few days. Brooke instantly contacted a locksmith and got us new locks and keys within the day. He was constantly working behind the scenes to ensure the home buying process ran smoothly.
Brooke also helped us sell our townhouse very quickly. Brooke knew the exact price to list our house and helped us negotiate above asking price. He helped reassure us when we hadn’t received an offer in the first week and that the offers would arrive. Like clockwork we received our first offer the next day.
His administrative secretary, Christy, was also wonderful to work with. She was on top of all the necessary forms and was super responsive by email with any questions we had.
We highly recommend Brooke and his team for anyone looking to buy or sell a home (or both!)

We worked with Kim St. Laurent from Brooke Matthews Group! She's absolutely amazing! Super attentive, responsive, and worked with everything and anything that we threw at her!! She even helped my wife and I find a temporary rental while we were in the process of buying a house. Eventually we ended up building a new home and Kim was there every single step of the way!! Besides the home building and buying process over the course of a couple years we worked with her, Kim became very close to my wife and I, and even our kid loves her! My family owes her a great deal of thanks and will forever be grateful for all of the amazing work she put into helping us find our forever home!

We were connected to Brooke when we clicked on find an Agent to look at a house in Southern Maryland. We were pleasantly surprised when Brooke called and was willing to give up his weekend to show us some houses that met our criteria. Although we did not buy that day, when we found a house on Zillow, contacted the selling agent, saw the house and knew it was for us, we contacted Brooke directly and asked him to represent us in the purchase. He was extremely responsive to our questions and was able to negotiate an even better price. Between contract and closing he was always available to answer questions and offer advise. Would definitely call Brooke when we need help in the purchase or selling of a property.

March 2023: We were SO BLESSED to be randomly assigned Kimberly thru Zillow as my son's real estate agent; especially for a first-time home buyer. For a 25-year-old kid to own property in this market is nothing short of incredible. Kim was amazing in helping this mom explain to her son about the advantages of owning vs renting. Kimberly "knows her stuff" and was able to secure Matthew's condo in an extremely competitive sellers' market using every tool of the trade available and on only the 2nd offer placed! Not to mention that the whole process from very first look (3 properties total) to closing took only 3 months over the slow winter holiday season. Kimberly will guide you through the complicated process of purchasing a home with unmatched expertise, dedication, thoroughness, responsiveness, understanding, friendliness and care - as if you were one of her family. Even the seller's agent made a point of telling me that Kimberly did a fantastic job for us. PLEASE do yourself a favor and avail yourself of this most excellent realtor! 5+++ stars!

Working with Brooke was easily my best experience in terms of working with a real estate agent to purchase a house. He is always on-time for appts, communicates very well, and has a great demeanor with superior soft skills. He is very experienced and savvy, and he will work behind-the-scenes to do his very best to represent your interests. He even lent an assist when it came to shopping for financing and also had contacts for follow-on work. I just don't see myself working with anyone else except Brooke for my future real estate needs.

Kim was a fantastic resource for us when we were looking for our first home in a new area. Throughout the whole process from looking at over a dozen homes in the area, to advising us through closing, and recommending local contractors for repairs before moving in. I dealt with Brooke personally during my buying experience. We went through many places trying to find the right fit during an insanely crazy market period. He is such a great person. Very personable and professional. Very good with recommending what may suit my needs, or things I may not want to deal with in the long run.
