I was on my way over and then I got stuck in traffic due to an accident. I made it to Best Buy within two minutes of closing I asked if I could pick up my order because I knew they were closing and the guy named Troy real MVP! I was able to get my order and not have to wait till the next day.

Was taken care of fast, but the cashier was not very pleasant. Went to pick up pre-order and only received one item. I asked if they could get an update on another item. Instead of checking, They told me to check my email. I was looking for a more accurate update.

The sales team was awesome and very helpful. However, there was a line at the front door waiting for them to open the store. Best Buy might want to reevaluate their business hours so they are no longer similar bankers hours. Customers could just order their items elsewhere instead of lining up like cattle out front of the store an hour before you open.

Brittany was a very rude associate. Brittany was standing right in the front of the store so I asked her for some help. Brittany had quite a combative type of response when asking about Apple Care and the Geek Squad. The front of the store may not be the best place for her considering how far from friendly she was to me. She didn’t not portray any attributes of someone I’d consider customer service oriented. My whole experience would have been way better if she had just been a bit kinder and helped me or simply answered an easy question. Instead I left feeling talked down at and unhappy.

Went in to get a new Apple Watch because the one I had stopped working. J was very helpful with going through what they had and talking about the different types offered. Upon deciding I asked to have a screen protector put on. The sales rep was kind, respectful and kept up consistent communication. At no time did I not feel he was not competent or un knowledgeable.

The staff has always been friendly, but I don't like the size of this BestBuy it seems smaller then ones I've been to in the past, and sales people don't seem to know their merchandise. We came the time before to get me a new laptop the sales person was showing my husband ones online that we could order and I walked over to the laptop section. Found the perfect one in store and brought them over so we could buy it. The guys goes "if I knew this was here I would have snatched it up"
