I was unable to make a return for a scent lamp nor was able to get a fair exchange for the lamp. I was going to purchase the fragrance anyway since I had purchased a different lamp prior to returning the one I didn't like ( I didn't have the one I wanted to return with me at the time of purchasing the new one), I was so upset, I couldn't find the fragrance I liked, so I decided to just leave....not sure if I will go to any Bath & Body works again!

Staff is super helpful and informative. They had a wonderful sale on those foaming hand soaps and hand creams. I even signed up for their rewards! I recommend signing up its free and you get free stuff and it only took a minute to register

I shop here on the regular and the store associates are usually very welcoming and knowledgeable of the products. However, on this particular day I went in to grab a couple of items. I walked to the counter and stood in line which I was the only person in line. A young lady by the name of CeCe was preparing what look to be an online order. So I waited patiently while she finished. She had her back turned to me so at first she didn’t noticed me but when she turned around to take the order to the shelf she returned back to the counter and proceeded to type on an iPad, mind you I’m still standing in line. She did not acknowledge me or even say someone would be with me. She left the counter and begin looking at products so with that being said I had to get out of line and go and find someone to check me out. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional. The associates have walkies in which they can use to talk with other associates. If she wasn’t on the register she could have called for someone to assist me but what does she do act as if I wasn’t standing there. However the young lady who rung me up was very nice.

It’s a small store with a lot of scents so it’s inevitably a little overwhelming. There are always so many coupons and sales going on that make products more affordable. Staff is always very polite in helpful in finding what you need. From candles to hand soap with both seasonal and year round scents I think there is something to satisfy everyone.

Stopped by to pick up an online order. Should have taken 2-3 minutes tops. However, the staff here makes you wait in line with the in-store shopping customers (nearly a half hour in this case) to walk to the front of the store, grab a bag, and walk back out. Granted, controlling the population in the store is a good idea (people are still dying from COVID everyday folks!) But, I will definitely not place an online order for store pickup here ever again. Next time I’ll save the trouble and have the order shipped. Hello California, MD Store Manager! - (subtle suggestion) have a staff member at the door processing online store-pickup orders instead of making customers wait in line 30 minutes for a 30-second transaction. C’mon, common sense.

Staff is always helpful.. The store is very tiny.. Corporate should consider moving the store down the strip, there is a bigger location a couple of doors down.
