“This was the first apartment I moved into with my husband. It's spacious and affordable compared to other places. I loved the kitchen the most because it had a lot of counter space. Laundry in-unit is a huge plus and there's plenty of parking. Location is decent, it's very close to base which was where I worked.
We lived here for three years and never had any major issues with the unit. If we needed maintenance, it was fixed in a day or two. They're great with keeping up.

“I would like to take the time out to give accolades and recognize the villas at greenview staff for their continued professionalism and customer service. The summer after I moved in, I began experiencing issues with my A/C unit. I notified the rental office and they sent a tech out and placed a portable A/C unit in my place. They informed me that the complex is experiencing a frequent issue with all A/C units but is working on solving this issue immediately. I have received emails keeping the complex informed about this issue. I recently had my A/C unit completely fixed and now my unit is operating above performance. This is a great and safe place to live with an accommodating staff. Aside from the A/C unit issue all other maintenance requests are addressed promptly. To say its only so much they can do, but they keep us informed of steps their taking regarding getting things resolved when its taking longer than normal to address and solve. Units are spacious and comfortable. Sending a shout out to Teerina (congratulation's on your promotion), Sandy and Elaine. Thank You Ladies and the rest of the Greenview Staff.”
