LOVE this post office. You can park for free — unlike many post offices. The staff is super-friendly, unlike many post offices (looking at you, River Road, Potomac!) and they are knowledgeable and efficient but not officious (looking at you again, Potomac!). Plenty of mailing stuff if you need it — plus some greeting cards and sets of cards. All the stamps. Never a line (hello Potomac, and Bethesda POs). But mostly it’s the staff.

What a find! Compared to most post offices, this place is amazing. Short wait time if at all. Extremely helpful, friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable personnel. Every time I go there it's a breeze.

My favorite location in the area by far. Parking is a pain sometimes BUT nicest employees and very rarely any wait. Love this place.

Staff here are friendly and helpful. USPS is challenged by its scale and the complexities of modern logistics which results in a less than ideal - and expensive - customer experience. But I feel I need to cut some slack for all the good things USPS does.

Bernie is amazing! When he is not accepting packages he is sweeping, cleaning, or doing something above and beyond the call of duty. He should be he head of the postal service instead of that other dude!

Service is horrible. Regulary my lawn is damaged by delivery person. They do not care to get out and to make 2 steps. Occasionally if I have car parked at the curb they skip my delivery all together. I wish I could cancel them but unfortunately other people use them to sent me mail.Many complaints sent before are ignored.Unbelievable abuse and ignorance.

Most of the staff is great. One guy is beyond condescending, rude, and unhelpful. It’s like he hates his job and is irritated to help you. Unfortunately, he’s been at the register when I’ve been there these past couple of times. I’ll go to another USPS from now on.

I really like this post office even though it's a bit funky and odd, because it truly feels like a neighborhood post office. Housed in an adorable white sided house in a residential area, this PO is quite small and cramped with an awkward parking lot in back. Sometimes there's a long line, sometimes there's nobody. Often the clerks are cheerful, every once in a while they're surly and/or slow. Even so, it's a nice feeling walking into this post office and not being a cold and sterile place where people could care less about you, which is how the larger post offices (like the one near Westfields) typically feel like.

The friedliest place ever! The guys are always in a good mood, helpful and professional. It is open till 1pm on Saturday which is great.
