Today I noticed that the price I was charged at Cabin John Valet was different from the ticket. I went into to inquire thinking it was a simple error. The cleaner was extremely rude and stated the charge was for a hemming (that didn't take place). They refused to refund my money until I brought the dry cleaning back in and prove to her they hadn't been hemmed. Her actions and demeanor concerned me enough to think if this has taken place before. It might be worth reviewing your receipt to make sure others weren't improperly charged.

This was the second time that my clothes were not ready on the day it was promised. I has an important meeting and had specifically asked to be called if my outfit was not ready. I went there after 5 pm as suggested by the lady. To my dismay She suggested that I should wait there for about an hour so that it would be ready. When I said I can't wait , she said she will not charge me for it. I thought , well ...that's nice. BUT OH NO...I went there a week later and she had changed her mind. Even though she wrote NO CHARGE on my ticket. When I said but you told me no charge,she got very angry and ripped the slip and asked me to leave the store. This business is run with unreliable and crazy people. Avoid it if you can.
