They were so accommodating, did the alignment, as well as fixed my abs sensor, and checked my Jeep to make sure it was safe to drive on the way to Ocean City last minute. Thanks to you guys my Jeep dominated at Jeep Week this weekend. I can’t thank you guys enough. As well as Goodyear for making the best tires (Duratracs). I’ve had them almost 3 years (August) and put about 20k miles on them and they still look almost brand new. They haven’t failed me yet. Thank you guys so much for all your hard work. “Cracked BMW 335i wheel repair (after and before pics) with great results. The tire was demounted, straightened, crack was ground with stress relief hole drilled, TIG welded, weld ground, wheel cleaned and repainted, tire remounted and balanced. Highly professional staff which gave good communication.”

“I was driving from Virginia to my home in New Jersey when I hit a large pot hole and suffered a blow out. I did a quick google for tire repairs near my location and found the CK was only 6 minutes from my location so I called. The young man that answered said that he would be "In and out" but if I could get to him he would wait for me. I have "run flat tires" on my Cooper and I was able to make to his location. He jacked my car up, switched out my tire and had me back on the road in no time. I was prepared for an expensive bill seeing that it was a Sunday, an emergency, and I was from out of state. Nope, I won't say what I paid but I can tell you it was a 1/4 of what I expected. I'm sorry I did not get this gentleman's name but he was a god send. Thank you,Ray from NJ”

“On 8 July (Friday), current assessment 5 stars; I requested an appointment for an RV front-end alignment over the phone. I was told that they could do the job as a first come first serve base and if I could get the RV in the booth the male voice on the other end was friendly and attentive. I dropped by the shop to verify the fitment of the RV in the booth the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and attentive actually showing me the path the RV had to negotiate into the booth. The engagement went very well communication and understanding were very helpful. I may request the replacement of my rear shocks (Koni are new in the box) also.

(Monday) 0715, current assessment 5 stars; I went to the front desk reminded the gentleman of the Friday conversation, and added the rear shock replacement. The gentleman said that will be 24 hours for the shocks I said that's fine we did the admin paperwork and he took the keys nothing of note very standard interaction.

(Tuesday) 0845, Current assessment 5 stars. I received a phone call that the RV shocks were installed but the RV needs new kingpins to do the alignment. I will pick up the RV and bring it to the normal mechanic (B&G services) due to the Kingpins being replaced in April of last year (with maybe 4000 miles on them) for inspection and replacement then back for alignment. The staff at the facility were very helpful of note they advised me that the kingpin must be greased all the time (pretty adamant about this?). (Update to follow)”

“Great experience with Tire Town. I came here after another shop who claimed I needed rim repair, and almost ended up buying an entire new wheel unnecessarily. Mitch and crew took the time to thoroughly investigate and diagnose the problem, and determined it was actually the tire that was damaged, causing repeatedly low air, not the rim. They did the replacement quickly and for a reasonable price. Trust is everything when it comes to feeling safe on the road. I really appreciate the excellent service I received at this shop.”
