“Stranded on 495 for about 5 mins before Dave Ward pulled up on me just to help me out. Was able to towed me 20 miles to a service station by my home. He was very friendly. I don’t know what I would have done if he hadn’t been there to help.”

“I really wanted to like this place, they did a great job on my father’s car and a couple of friends cars as well. However, I recently got my car repaired here- I received no updates on the car (as I was promised), every time I’d call for an update they’d give me a false date (which I can understand but becomes tiring after the fourth/fifth time calling), when my car was finally ready, they hadn’t completed various things they promised would be done. Had to take the car elsewhere to get an alignment and am currently receiving 0 updates on a missing part they forgot about/ forgot to replace on my car. Overall, they are extremely friendly, the work done is nice - really wanted to enjoy my personal experience with them, but it was very lacking.”
“They've maintained our Corollas for several years, and we've been happy with them. Especially when we had to take our cars in during COVID - they had glass and masks. They also allow for after-hours drop off, which is very convenient for those of us who work well past 5 PM. The online estimates make things very convenient, but they never try to push service on us, while explaning when stuff really does need service. The downside is you have to call them to make an appointment...lately my husband and I have not gotten confirmations from that, but aside from that, they are communicative when you do need repairs.”

“By all standards, EC Towing & Recovery is by far the best towing service in this area of operation. With confidence, I strongly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I had a near-miraculous experience with this service yesterday 8/30/2023 when in less than an hour, my dead car was towed to my complicated and winding apartment complex garage by EDWIN, one of their patient, professional, and super-skilled tow-truck drivers. After several calls and failing to find a tow truck service, I landed on EC Towing, and bam, my problem was resolved. TONY sent me a truck and driver instantly. Edwin arrived right on time, very polite and professional, with a unique perfect-sized truck that has special gadgets and light bulbs. To summarize what ensued, my locked car had no key, my apartment complex garage entrance door is unusually short, the driveways are small, twisted, and winding, and the spaces are tiny. Nonetheless, with patience and distinct proficiency, the super-skilled driver Edwin managed to navigate his truck to ultimately land my car in the right spot. “After five hours of waiting on AAA I called EC Towing & Recovery based on the online Yelp reviews. We were very frustrated and he calmed us down right away. He was able to pick up the unattended vehicle asap and deliver it to the tire garage which was closed. They communicated well and got the keys delivered so the car was safe overnight. It was cold and snowing, yet he took a late night order and did a great job. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.”

Paid & was charged, yet the washing did not start up...twice.UPDATE:After posting my 3-star neutral review for the aforementioned reason, management did reach out and resolved the issue immediately.I'm impressed & grateful for such expedient customer support.The initial 3-star from a positive standpoint was because I love their 'brushless' car wash when the auto-wash works without issue (not having to hold my CC the slot, charged but wash not starting...).”

“I was rear ended back in 9/8/2022 and Maryland Collision did an amazing job. Not only did they fix my car with authentic original parts not after market. They always provide fast service and they take care of their customers. So, it was a no brainer that I would return to Maryland Collision when an idiot broke into my car, stole my airbag on 2/14/2024. I felt violated. Glass was everywhere. My husband cleaned it up as best he could to get it to MD Collision; however, when I picked up the car I thought man I’ll have to take it to get it cleaned and get the glass removed well when I got there to my surprise the car was fixed and completely cleaned. No trace of any glass. They removed the seat and vacuumed no trace of glass. I love this place because it a one stop shop. They educate you on safety and then Hertz picked me up for the rental. I was able to pick up my car and leave the rental at Maryland Collision. I’m grateful for the team. As I was moving my items out of the rental and into my car I dropped my earpiece in between the seat. It’s 5 pm their leaving and I was giving up. The gentleman said no we’re not giving up and located my earpiece. That’s over and beyond their job description. Thank you Maryland Collision. I hope I don’t have to return but in the event I do, you’ve got my families business.”
