“I would like to recommend the Jennifer DeLaRosa Group for your real estate needs. My wife and I were downsizing from the house in which we lived and raised our children for almost 40 years. Needless to say, the house needed a thorough cleaning out and updating; a job that we felt was beyond us. Our first thought was to sell it 'as is' to an investor, but that only produced lowball bids. Next we talked with a number of real estate agents who recommended we clean up the house first, and then they would be happy to list it for us. So we dithered for weeks and months.
