Do NOT take your car here! They quoted me a week on my car, It took them almost 2
months. They NEVER called to give me updates, I always had to call and ask what the status of my car was. Was consistently given half hearted responses and had to force them to finish work on my car. I have NEVER felt so disrespected as a customer. Even when I came to pick it up, they made me wait over an hour as they had more work to do - and i was not the only one in the waiting room with that experience. TERRIBLE service

I can't say enough positive things about Burtonsville Auto Body and Paint! My car was unfortunately involved in a hit-and-run, leaving my bumper in need of a complete replacement. I need my car for work and meetings with clients, and it's very unprofessional to meet with a damaged car. I had contacted numerous auto body shops, all quoting high prices and lengthy repair times. My friend recommended Burtonsville Auto Body and Paint, and after getting in contact with Rusty and Pepe, I knew I was going to be in excellent hands.
They were very understanding of my urgent need to have the work done quickly, and the whole crew stayed late to ensure everything was perfect and complete in just a day! They went above and beyond to wash my car before returning it to me. I was amazed; it looked brand new. They also offered me the best price among all the shops I had contacted.
What truly sets Burtonsville Auto Body and Paint apart is their commitment to quality and honesty. Rusty and Pepe took the time to explain every step of the process to me, even pointing out where a previous shop had cut corners on a different repair job. They corrected those issues, ensuring that my car was not just fixed, but fixed right.
Burtonsville Auto Body and Paint is the place to go if you want excellent service, craftsmanship, integrity, and the best price. I will use them for any future job needs and refer them to everyone I know.

Sadly updating my review as my most recent experience was terrible. I've been going to this shop for years- taken several cars here, my family takes their cars here as well. Loved and knew Paul well. However a couple months ago I stopped in to make an appointment for a simple bumper clip replacement and couldn't even get help at the front desk as the woman never came up despite knowing she had a customer. First I went around back where the old front office used to be, saw a sign that said go around front so I did (mind you the woman was in the back office, saw me try the door and go around front and never came up to assist).Once I was up front I waited several minutes before calling the business to let them know I was there. I was told "I know you're there I'll be there in a minute I'm busy" and she hung up. BECAUSE I've been coming to this place for years & have always been treated well here I took it as her being overwhelmed and waited. TWENTY MINUTES LATER and no one bothered to come to the front desk. Not a "hey I'll be right up" or "hey I'm so sorry I'm slammed today" just a nasty attitude over the phone and 30 min of my life wasted in their waiting room. More than anything I was just disappointed. Quattros has always been a place I felt good taking my car to- the experience has never been a bad one. Paul would be wildly sad to see the way his lifelong customers are treated these days. I won't be trying to bring my business here anymore.

DO NOT GO! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!I tried to schedule an estimate for over a week. Either got "the person who does estimates already left for the day, call again tomorrow" or "I'm busy, call again tomorrow". I finally confirmed she would be available on Friday, September 15th after she "completed payroll". When I arrived, she was extremely unprofessional and stated she was busy and come back next week. I told her, I have been trying to schedule the estimate over a week and she stated "you can go somewhere else for an estimate". Thanks, I will.

Drove 30mins to get there and the response was that they do not have enough manpower and the only person sitting there was slammed with backlogs. Bad customer experience.

Walked in to ask for a quote and was told "I'm swamped, can you come back next week?" Uh, no, but I can go somewhere else. She could have taken 5 minutes and taken pictures to provide a quote next week instead of making me waste my time. Hard pass. Taking my business elsewhere.
