I took my car to have my four wheels aligned and balanced. Although I did not have an appointment, staff accepted me as a walk-in. They were polite and completed the alignment and balancing in a timely fashion and then I was on my way.

The staff was awesome!!! I had brake work done along with new tires. They communicated very well and kept me in the loop with the progress with my truck. They even offer financing options for auto work, which is a lifesaver. I will use this location in the future for all of my auto needs.

From the time I finished with the person at the desk, my new tire was installed and ready to go in 20 minutes.

I took my car in for an oil change and they took forever, did not worry at the time because I work down the street, so I just left and I said to call me when it was done. It was finally done and I came back, just to have my dashboard full of lights that were not present before I had brought my car in. Had brought this to their attention and they brought it back immediately, and said they fixed the issue and I should be good to go. Come out to my car to realize my air caps were missing and had to go in a second time to get those. Get in my car finally just to drive it ONLY 5 MIN down the road to have all the lights pop up again as soon as I parked my car at work. Was very frustrated at this point as I had brought my car back twice and nothing was fixed clearly. Had a guy at work check it to find that the air hose wasn’t even put back. Started my car later to then leave work and all the lights were popping up. All I ask is if I bring my car in is finish the job and do it right. And that couldn’t even be done without rushing them and just letting my car be worked on without waiting. Had to go to a different shop today to correct these problems that weren’t even their fault because I refuse to come back and cause myself anxiety if the same people are there and try to tell me they fixed something when they clearly didn’t.

Got my oil changed and when checking out the tech did not go over anything, there was no inspection done, or evidence of one, there was no recommendations or measurements of break pads or my tire treads smh won't be coming back

The store gets 5 stars but the call center gets 0 stars (hence the overall 4 star rating). Called Monday. Made an appointment for 2 replacement tires and a front end alignment for Friday at noon. They told me they would order the 2 tires I needed.
Showed up and no appointment in system, no tires ordered, and nothing known about this at the store.
The store clerk worked his magic and found the tires I needed from the nearby warehouse. Sent someone to pick them up and got it all done in about 2 hours. So frustrating when you make a plan but the call center is totally incompetent!
My advice: call and insist on speaking with the store directly. The call center is in the Philippines and a total terrible joke!

If I could give no star I want to... this place service is terrible. They make us wait forever. We bought a new tire but that tire had holes and it keeps loosing the air so we went back a week later for any service and they said too bad to get that tire. We need to pay to fix the hole. The manager treats customers really bad and mean. My overall experience from here was the worst

I give one star because there is no zero star. The manager Ms Angela Ford was very rude to me today and said I was slow and dumb for not understanding coupon online. I never been treated so bad…If you want to be greeted like a "customer" and want to get your work done, do not choose this place if possible. Especially if Angela is at the front desk
I hope Ms. Ford get some kind of customer service training
FYI-if you are having a bad day Angela stay home and don’t take it out on the customers

The staff went above and beyond provide service and new tires for my vehicle. Since this place has been on the new management, The atmosphere and the service has been excellent. The gentleman at the front desk is the absolute best!!!!!

Visited Sunday afternoon with a discouraging flat tire. Angela at the service desk was friendly, reassuring, and professional. Ali (possibly misspelled, I apologize) repaired the flat tire (a menacing sheet metal screw) and I was on my way in ninety minutes. It was my first visit and Mr. Tire will be my first stop for needs in the future. Thank you. Travel well.

They hide things. Not allow to see the service. Don't know they use full synthetic oil if ordered. They use oil from large drum who know what types of oil is there conventional or synthetic. I am afraid they have used old oil filter!!! I used their Groupon offer still they charge me 20 dollars more. They reported to carfax more services than they did. Can't recommend.

A bad experience, at the front desk, instead of giving you options to fix your situation with the car, they deny you the service without first finding out what the problem is.
