Have been using HOP for over 8 years for professional printing for various clients. They have never been unable to fulfill an order, even doing last minute printing that other companies couldn't fulfill. They deliver locally and ship anywhere. They are always able to work with us on pricing! I can't say enough good things about them!

I am a Communications Associate at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. I had a terrible experience with House of Printing. They were extremely rude, they lacked basic customer service, and were incapable of offering solutions to the problem at hand.On the expected day of delivery, they informed us that they were NOT going to deliver the order until they received payment for a previous order. Payment for the previous order (10 days prior) had already been approved from our side but wasn't received because of a discrepancy on their accounts payable address and their invoice address. Their sales representative, Tony, yelled at me on the phone, was extremely rude and offered no solutions. They wanted payment right away for both orders even though our contract stated that we have 30 days to process payments. Moreover, their final and ONLY solution was that they would make the delivery the following day ONLY IF we made "on the spot" payment for both orders.A professional company would have spoken to me as a valuable client and would have presented viable solutions to continue a business relationship with an Institution like Johns Hopkins.
