“This is my favorite place for hardware and keys. I can find everything quickly and easily. The staff are incredibly helpful and eager to assist. I was able to get a key copied here that other stores were unable to make. Liam was particularly helpful. And another young man helped us open up a utility knife and installed the blade for us! This is wonderful service.”

“I used to buy from them when they were located on Midcity Ave. 40 +/_ years ago. I was very pleased when I called the other day to enquire about a screw to use for attaching treated lumber to steel exterior deck framing. The person who answered was incredibly well versed on that particular very unusual application. Extremely helpful!”
“A fantastic place honestly, called to talk to them about fixing my dryer, though they didn’t have what I needed I thought I would have to buy a whole new dryer but speaking with the owner I was able to find out what part I needed (which was just the belt) and only needed to spend 8 dollars vs HUNDREDS for a new one. I love this store because even tho they may not have what you’re looking for they always put their customers and their customers pockets in mind”

“I wanted to update my review with more positive feedback. I hadn't used my mower for years and decided to start mowing my lawn again this year and took the mower in to be service. They did a great and timely job and had it ready for me when promised. It's been running great.
I purchased my electric mower here a few years ago and I'm extremely pleased with it. It's easy to charge and reliable. The charge is more than enough for me to mow both my front and back yards. The only service I need is to have the blade sharpened. They're honest and reasonable. I highly recommend Commercial Mower Depot!”

“I went to this Home Depot yesterday to find a metal, NOT plastic, flat dustpan. After finding the dustpan, I noticed they had a ton of these Fill Stick Wood Repair Paint Pens, all kinds. While realizing all the choices I had, I must have looked undecided and confused ( which I was), a kind perceptive employee noticed that I looked lost( which I was also). I had chosen the two Filler Pens I needed, but was trying to return a third un- needed pen to it's proper shelf. I couldn't find where I had found it. I imagine the employees watch customers trying to replace their unwanted items in their proper location all the time! Anyway, this young man, Carlton, came to help me as a courteous gesture, and I am grateful for this conscientious Home Depot employee. He said don't worry, I will find the spot where it belongs. Thank you, CARLTON!!!

My parents needed to fully renovate their entire house, including the kitchen. I received attentive care and meticulous design support from Yohannes. He patiently listened to my goals and worked smartly with my budgetary constraints. “WOW!!!! What GREAT service from one of my favorite stores. I've been shopping at this location for years and service was always great. In short, I purchased a Chiminea several months ago, but never had the time to unpack and use.Fast forward, when I finally had the time to open the box. I noticed that there was a huge crack on the outside which made it to be unusable. I called the store and an associate by the name of Jackie, took action that was unbelievable.She wasted ZERO time in getting me a replacement from their Baltimore store. Based on the way Jackie helped from start to finish.....I strongly advise every one to make sure when you purchase an item, use their system with your phone number.The best part of my experience was that she said to give a some time and she would get back to me. It took a few days for her to do the research, but sure enough, she found my info. on when the item was purchased etc. (using the cell number at the register when checking out).Got a phone call several days telling me that I could pick up my replacement.GO GO JACKIE!!!! Thank you so much for your "OUTSTANDING: service and care.By the way, for all that's reading this review...I'm a business owner in Silver Spring Maryland (Ocean City Seafood).
