If I could leave negative stars I would. I had an absolutely horrid time yesterday with stylist azamit. She needs her license taken away immediately because she has zero clue on what she’s doing. I showed her an example picture and explained I did want just a few face framing layers. What I received looks like a 5 year old did it. Then when I went in to try and get a refund she claimed the machine wouldn’t allow her. Also she charged me 83.00 for a cut and blow dry which does not cost that much because she was mad I could no longer get a color service. Thankfully mi disputed with my bank because just horrible.

I highly recommend this location. I'm able to get my natural hair care and styling done but a great stylist, Ravenne. I love my custom color.

Hair Cuttery guys are quite pricey compared to other shops costing $28 plus tips for simple trim cut. They’re Just taking advantage of inflationary environment.
Franchises are starting to rob consumers after Covid and it has caused massive inflation, causing hardship to middle class and reduced our purchasing. I will stay away from ***Hair Cuttery***
Switched back to Columbia Barbers 8 miles away and paid only $12 and haircut are nice, better & quick (they don’t pretend. They didn’t working hard to shape my hair either, they’re quick, I didn’t have wait ( because it was a weekday afternoon).

Didn't realize till after I left so a little bit of my fault but missed a giant spot on the back of my head with the haircut. Definitely don't go here or you will feel rushed and overcharged for poor service.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I booked an appt for 4PM and they didn't even acknolwedge me till 4:30 and then continued for me to wait till 5PM; so why is there an online appt system? And, it all went down hill from there --- this place should stop offering "kids haircuts". I showed a specific picture and the man cut off all of my toddler's hair. It was TERRIBLE! do not bring your child here if you want a decent hair cut for him/her EVEN if you show an image they have the ability to do "whtever they want".

I came here to get a perm and then left with my hair burnt. The hairdresser didn’t want to refund me or fix my hair, and now my entire hair is so damaged and dry. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Tigist Simie failed to show up for an appointment which was scheduled today at 11:30 with my wife. She waited for her until 12:00 pm, no call no show. No way to conduct business.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICEToday is August 29, 2023 and this woman has not called to apologize or even acknowledge the fact that she FAILED to show up for the appointment. NO CLASS and poor customer!!!
