“Can't say enough good things about this place. Brought in my son's Switch after having my old iPod fixed there years ago. Was pleased that they still had my info in the system, which sped up the process. A guy greeted me, listened, took a quick look, and gave me an ultimately correct diagnosis with a price. I decided to shop around at 1st, but came right back a day or two later. Was told it'd be a couple days, but was surprised to get a call 3 hours later that it was done! Picked it up that night and it's been good as new. Highly recommended.”

“I dropped my car off with these guys a day after reaching out to get a quote…I didn’t book an appointment, instead I left the vehicle with this team with hopes that the tech could install the system within a week or so. LSS, I received a call that the vehicle audio install was complete and that I’d love the quality on the same day of drop off. I am impressed with Audio Connection. “Good food, snacks, drinks... great customer service despite the language barrier that other speak of.One terrible experience however, is that they charged my card twice for two different amounts and the phone number on their website, no one picks up. The credit card machine forever messes up but this time I checked it as soon as I got home and there are two transactions . I will go to them tomorrow but I have to also call my bank. If they don't fix it then i will charge back and stop going there, and also tell others of my experience .”
