I would give a zero if that was an option. I booked a vaccine and it took an hour to get hear in traffic and the app accepts my appointment and checks me in and guess what? They don’t have the vaccine. Big waste of time
CVS has gone downhill

THE WORST! This is possibly the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve had prescriptions filled at. One worker in particular is rude and dismissive, both in person and on the phone. He clearly isn’t showing up to work to help people. He acts as if he is doing you a favor by doing the absolute bare minimum at his job. On top of this they filled my prescription and shorted me 5 pills and then acted inconvenienced when I called in to see how they would rectify the issue. So not only are they rude and dismissive they also do sloppy work. Also, when I looked at my credit card statement, I had been overcharged. Lastly, after calling the store about the missing pills, I was told I had to drive back over to pick them up. No one had the common decency to apologize for the incorrect fill or the convenience of having to go to the pharmacy twice to get my full prescription. This place has terrible customer and poor quality control. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

This CVS is significantly better than it was in previous years and I believe the difference to be due to the store manager, Workman Belesse. Every single time I go in looking confused or with an issue, he's there to assist before I even have to ask. My husband has had the same experiences with Workman. He's always busy making the store better by cleaning, assisting his associates and customers, and just making people happy with his wonderful upbeat demeanor. He's ALWAYS welcoming and ready to learn. I came in with the intention to use Venmo as a digital payment method and I was failing to do so at the self checkout. Of course, he noticed my struggle before I had to ask - he popped up t of nowhere and offered to help. It was his first time using a digital Venmo barcode as a payment method as well, but rather than being annoyed, he was thrilled to have the new learning opportunity. My brain exploded! He's so very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable - even when he's unfamiliar with are task ahead. I'm exceedingly grateful he's my local CVS store manager! Before his management, it was always a dreaded task to go shopping or pickup prescriptions. Now, it's fun to shop and checkout new items - and things probably don't need ?.
THANK YOU WORKMAN! Tell your mother thank you because she named you well! You are much appreciated at our local CVS in Burtonsville!!

This location is the worst i've delt with. Always line with one clerk or cashier. People medication never ready. The cashiers running around try to find customer order. Manager never even at least come out to apologize for the inconvenience. I've come to this location for years amd out up with it. I'm truly considering the Giant down the block for my medication.

Really want to give 5 stars due to the quality of the products, cleanliness of store, great customer service of store manager and most of clerks however 5 stars is when customer service is 100% unfortunately one staff member is not helpful. Thankfully management is working on it.

I called CVS Burtonsville, MD on Thursday told them I was going out of town and would pick up my meds on Monday morning. I received a Text from CVS on Sunday and told me to pick up my meds today. When I called them after receiving the text. I was told to pick them up today or my prescription would be cancelled. I rushed home from Ocean City. I went to the Burtonsville CVS. As I Picked up my meds the person that checked me out at the pharmacy asked me to check some items on the screen. I told her I didn't know or wasn't sure what to do? She told me to just check no, just check decline, as I did everything she told me what to do I asked her what I was doing? She told me don't worry about it. And CVS was not going to Text me about My refills. This person that checked me out had Very Poor Customer Service and was RUDE in how she explained/didn't explain what she was having me do? Why I was declining everything? Makes a person (a Senior/ and Veteran) on Cardiac meds look at other options for getting meds. My info: R.P. Laurel MD

Strictly for the pharmacy but bad customer service, unnecessary long waits, constantly making errors, and the CVS mangers are rude. They do NOT prioritize their customers, sometimes they have the multiple in the back and one on the register with a line of 5+ people so you get sucking waiting for at least 15+ minutes Or there’s either no one that day and your stuck waiting for hours. They also just leave as soon as you get to the line to run off and leave you for another good 10 minutes . Also are always losing my information and I constantly have to call the insurance company to fix it every other visit. The manager also doesn’t actively try to help you just tried to get rid off you and ignore complaints.
