Amanda is BEYOND rude. Like it's crazy. Idk if she was having a bad day or what, but shawty was tripping. I in NO way warranted her attitude , or smart remarks or raised voice. I wasn't even the person whom ordered the flowers I was the recipient. Never would I of thought I would get into a verbal sparing match as the recipient of flowers. BEWARE!!!!

Horrible experience.My family and I went on Mother’s Day. We were so excited to pick flowers for our garden up until it was time to pay. The older lady stepped out, didn’t say a word to us, and began throwing our flowers around to calculate the total. My father-in-law went inside to pay but the total was more than we expected.We asked the lady if she could recount the flowers. We grouped all of the flowers per their marked price to make it easier for her. When I told this lady the cost for each flower she rudely said “I know, I price them myself.” When she finally realized she counted wrong, she was hesitant to provide a refund for the difference.As a family of color, we definitely felt discriminated. Very uncomfortable vibes, no greetings, no friendliness, no thank you for your business. I would think twice before supporting this business!! Oh, and make sure you pay attention to the pricing or they’ll rob you of a few dollars!

I just called to ask a question about a pot I bought at ACE for my fiddle leaf. I was immediately told by Lydia that she could not help me because she doesn’t know their product and didn’t know what size it is then said “goodbye” before I even knew what was happening.I stopped her and asked if she would hear me out about my questions, and she proceeded to give lots of reason why she can’t help before finding out any information. She was quite short and eager to rush me off the phone. And this was all after I was placed on hold twice. I thanked her and called Meadows Nursery.I had intended on asking several other questions about my other plants and products their store sells. and I wanted to introduce myself as an eager new customer that just moved in the neighborhood.When I called Meadows Nursery they had no issue trying to answer my questions, they were very polite and sweet.

It's my happy place! I'm an avid succulent grower and they have a large and varied collection.Much better quality then the box stores because they know what the plants need and dont need.

The customer service is as friendly as the overall appearance of the place. This place has been in steady decline for 20 years. It's all due to nasty customer service, high prices and failure to perform. I tried to order 10 yd.³ of topsoil. They charged my CC $50 over what they quoted me. Told me I was the first stop today. I had to coheres the woman to give me a ballpark time. Tells me that they load up at 7AM. 9:10 AM - I call and talk to a younger but equally nasty woman who doesn't know my order, doesn't know where the driver is and seemed to think that it was totally acceptable and she really couldn't cared less. I don't even need her to care about my situation, but she doesn't even care about her own! Honestly, If she wasn't such a nasty person I would have still went with them. You just lost the $623 you overcharged me and so much more. I will support a different local nursery.Hope they find their driver.

I've been here multiple times and the staff are always helpful. Lots of interesting plants and the best succulent/cactus selection I've seen within about 45 minutes of Baltimore. Also a better selection of terra cotta planters than most.

The family that owns this nursery is a great example of why teaching our young people about kindness and exposing our children to diversity is so important, because they clearly have not learned these lessons despite their age.For your safety and peace of mind, please read the reviews before you come to this nursery. We usually spend thousands of dollars on our garden every year, but we will never spend a penny here.1. They sell “fresh eggs,” but they don’t have any chickens.2. If you would like to experience racism or nativism, this is the right place for you.3. If you would like to reminisce what it’s like for your grandmother to scream at you if you have a question, you will certainly satisfy that nostalgia here.On the bright side, they sell chickens, aquariums, and dogs. Enjoy the rudeness! You can buy yourself a case of COVID-19 here :)

This customer service is horrible and the owners, the staff who are mostly family ALL have really poor attitudes. They charge you for delivery and you have to beg them to deliver ... when you call, they are impatient, condescending, and just rude. I do not recommend at all.

This is a hidden gem in plan sight. They have firewood, mulch, soil, stones/rock, gravel. Also, plants, flowers in house and for deliver. It literally is the 7/11 of nurseries.
