I went into the Burtonsville Branch this week to make a bank to bank wire transfer, and was assisted by a young man named Alejandro. He was so courteous and he patiently walked me through the process. Need more like him. Satisfied bank customer

it just me, or have banks got more sketchy. They won't even do a compliment bill count or show you the bill counter counting money. If I overhand them money, will they return it or just put it in their own wallet? Please be more transparent. Do company policy over take common sense now? Come on, let's do better
