My break caliper seized on my way home, I stopped by this shop and they took care of of us. It was an hour before closing and they stopped everything they were doing to get the job done. We still had 5 hours and 300 miles ahead of us. Their customer service was great and the pricing was reasonable. So appreciative for their help -Literal life savers!!

Sent a friend over to have his Ford van inspected. Needed brake lines, front end work, alignment to pass a rigorous inspection. They gave him an estimate, came in on time, on budget. He was happy with the deal, and he is tightfisted. It's just nice when you can recommend a service to friends without qualm, and they treat them well. I've been dealing with them for more than ten years and have been happy. I'm posting for him because I am a bit more internet savvy. And people deserve an attaboy when they do stuff right.

Wes and his team have worked on my 12+ year old car too many times to count. I came here after another shop told me I needed belt replaced. Wes told me it was a total lie and that the belt was fine. He is honest and never tries to up sell unnecessary repairs. I find him to be a trustworthy mechanic and highly recommend. When the dealer tells you that you need something done, take it to Wes to find out if it's really true!

Recently had a hiccup with a repair and Wes stood behind it and made it right! You really find out how good a place is based on ownership and how they handle situation that shouldn't have happened. Well it did and he stood behind the work and made it right! He has my loyalty and trust based on his actions! I cannot give a higher recommendation!! Outstanding, awesome, integrity, honest! Wes has earned all of that!!!

Good people still exist. Got a flat at a flat on the way to an important meeting. Was able to limp to Burtonsville automotive. The owner Wes stopped what he was doing at patched my tire. Amazing customer service. Good karma. He helped me more than he knows. Very impressed.

I like Wilson's Tire shop because they fix many things that go wrong such as they replaced my tail light. Later the mechanic will fix the dome light and replace the driver's side lock. Everyone is very pleasant.

Who I assume is the owner is incredibly rude and condescending. I paid for an inspection last month, and since it’s been over 30 days, I have to get my vehicle reinspected due to another mechanic not being able to complete the fix in time. I returned to Burtonsville auto for a reinspection / to fix a part, so I called yesterday for new pricing information since I have the part. I was also given reinspection pricing information as well in the detailed phone call. I was told that they could not fix it on Tuesday, but if I dropped it off any other day this week in the morning, they could fix it same day.I made arrangements before my shift at work and coordinated a ride to drop off my car this morning. When I entered, the man behind the counter was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I mentioned the call we had the day before, and that I was there to drop off the car. He then points to all the keys on his counter and goes “You see all these? You can drop it off today, but it won’t even be seen until tomorrow. Even if I see it tomorrow, you won’t get your car back until Friday.” I mentioned that I was told different the day before, and he goes “Yeah, I never said that”. He was incredibly condescending and snippy in his delivery as well. I even asked if it had gotten busy since I called and he goes “Nope!” I haven’t seen such poor customer service in awhile. I actually was referred to him through a friend in the area, and it’s safe to say that we both will not be returning. I’ve found a mechanic in the area that is professional and follows his word.Never pay hundreds of dollars to a business that can’t provide customer service and basic manners to its paying customers. Do better.

Wes and Desmond did a great job on my vehicle and provided clear and honest communication. They performed maintenance and improved the performance of my old 2003 SUV, and it's now handling like it did 10 years ago! Really amazing work. The pandemic and post COVID used car economy has taken a toll on mechanics. When I walked in, Wes looked like he was about to cry. He can be rude and irritable and unpleasant at times especially when they’re understaffed and over-promising customers, but he and the rest of the team does good mechanic work. Everyone just needs to calm down and breathe, and then what they desperately need to do is hire more mechanics. It’ll improve the overall customer service too since they won’t be so stressed out.Give this place a second try, the work quality for the price is still good and the other guys still have good people skills, just hire more mechanics!
