Horrible customer service do not order owner was so unapologetic towards a situation they created took our money and then said oh we can’t deliver it on the day you paid for so we can deliver another day. We wanted to cancel and they gave us a fake number. Horrible customer service we will not be using them anymore. Don’t order unless you want to be disappointed!

Amanda was wonderful! It was a long distance order, sent flowers to my sister in the hospital. Amanda found out my sister was in ICU so she couldn’t have flowers. We had to wait several days but Amanda made a whole fresh arrangement for when my sister was in a room without me asking for it! Very caring person! Pleasure doing business with you, Amanda!!

Unfortunately this florist is unreliable. I do not recommend trusting them with large orders for events like funerals or weddings and they lie to cover up their lack of inventory and inability to deliver on time. I scheduled for them to deliver three large sprays for my mom's funeral - they did not deliver on the scheduled day and then tried to tell me it was because the funeral home does not take flowers the day before AND when they finally delivered we only received 2 of the 3 arrangements. I ordered thru 1800Flowers and they were more than helpful in trying to address the matter. Hopefully they won't use this florist as a vendor again. We are still heartbroken because we had special things to add to the arrangements which is why we wanted them delivered the day prior-Amanda's Arrangements unreliability ruined the entire plan our family had for the service.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. Placed order at 11:20am for Same day delivery. Was home all day and had a small gathering with our front door open. 5pm comes and no flowers. Gave them a call for status, and they said they attempted delivery and no one was home. No phone call or anything from them. I said I'm sorry, you must have maybe gone somewhere else because we've been home all day and we're having a get together, clearly showing there are ppl home. I was offered refund or delivery next day. Just unfortunate, as I was trying to surprise my wife.

The arrangement I ordered from here through Teleflora was awful. Not only were half of the flowers wilted, but Amanda's had substituted the nice flowers in the photo on the website with cheaper bottom tier flowers. I was totally embarrassed when I went to my mother's on Mother's Day and saw the arrangement I had spent $97 for. They looked like throwaways out of another florist's dumpster.

If you are looking for a florist in/around Burtonsville, I suggest you keep looking. I ordered flowers for a funeral from 800Flowers.com. The order was then sent to Amanda's. I am embarrassed by what was sent on my behalf. You can see what I ordered vs. what was received. I could have purchased this from a grocery store! If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would!

Amanda's Flowers. the worst experience I've ever had with any florist or any other business for that matter! I ordered flowers for my Mother's 90 th Birthday to be delivered on December 15th. I specifically asked for a birthday arrangement in pastel colors and NOT a Christmas arrangement (we don't even celebrate Christmas). my mother received a Christmas arrangement of white, red, and green flowers with the a card reading "Merry Christmas Mother" instead of the birthday greeting I had requested. I immed called the florist thinking they had sent the wrong flowers but that wasn't the case. They simply said they were "sorry we didn't like the arrangement" and claimed they knew nothing about the card. I called again the next day and asked to speak with the owner and was told their computer system was down and they couldn't check my order info. i called a 3rd time and spoke to woman who had originally taken my order who checked the order and apologized for the mistakes and offered to resend flowers. my mother never received any replacement. so I called a 4th time today.The woman I spoke with was rude, ddefinitely did not want to even be talking to me, and sent the wrong flowers. But rather than making the issue right - she was nasty and yelled at me. She REFUSED to issue a refund and hung up on me. I definitely would not recommend this florist. i will be posting about this florist on other review sites. Totally unprofessional and unbelievably rude.

Do the right thing upfront! ... An arrangement was sent on my birthday and the delivery driver called me and I let him know I was out of town. He told me that was my problem, so I called the store and spoke to this woman. Let her know I was out of town and situation. We agreed I would call when i was back and ready to accept the arrangement. While I wasn't home they proceeded to deliver the flowers to my neighbors, which i already stated wasn't an option for me. I received the flowers even though I was frustrated, once I was home in the light, i became immediately disappointed. These flowers are dying and clearly not cared for. I called back and spoke to the same woman who never apologized but offered to re-do the arrangement. This was the second opportunity, no need for a third disappointment. I HIGHLY DO NOT SUGGEST THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Visited the nursery to buy firewood, they made every effort to make sure I was happy with the quality of wood I purchased. Super helpful will come back again.

I sent in an order through the website before they the shop was even open and requested to have the arrangement sent the same day and they did! The arrangement was cute as can be and brought a smile to my sister-in-law's face who had to put her dog down the night before. Thank you to Amanda and her staff for being so good at what they do and very caring of their customers.

I received a delivery on Friday of a pink & white rose bouquet with other pink flowers & greenery. Although the bouquet was nicely delivered already in a vase, I am greatly disappointed in the quality of the actual flowers. Both the pink roses & the white roses for the arrangement were not freshly picked. The pink ones were all already in full bloom & showing brown with petals ready to fall off, while the white roses were just a disaster in the making. To showcase this I'm attaching pictures of what it looked like on Friday & what it looks like today 3.5 days later. You can tell which is which easilyThis was a birthday gift from my boyfriend who is away and sadly the flowers that were meant to symbolize his love did not do him justice.

My coworker and myself both recently received floral arrangements at our place of work from Amanda's Arrangements on different days, to say that we were thoroughly disappointed is an understatement. This company called us both beforehand to ask where we were located as they had a delivery for us....way to spoil the surprise!!! The man who delivered them each time called both of us and asked that we go outside of our office building to receive the arrangement from him.....the service paid for by the purchasers was to hand deliver the arrangements to the recipients. This company tainted the romanticism of these gifts. Will not be using their services in the future.
