Absolutely love this small town post officer. The workers are extremely friendly and polite. Whenever I have questions they answer them and never make me feel like they are rushing me. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. They’re awesome!

I made my passport appointment here and it was super fast, it didn't take more than 10 minutes for my appointment. I did have to wait a bit for my turn but no more than another 5 or 6 minutes. It's a small place, all old fashioned but functional if you go at least for your passport's appointment.

Been to this USPS office for my passport appointment, the lady at the office has an excellent service, great customer service, in less than 10 minutes, she took my passport photos and went through my application, it's really an outstanding service

These are the laziest postal workers delivering the mail in Bryan's Rd. I have ever experienced. The drivers are the very worst one fat young driver decided to stuff one of my packages in my mailbox instead of bringing it to my door or taking some of that daam newspapers out of there that they put intake, they decide to leave all of my very private and important papers on the table in the lobby for any and everyone to go through. They are the very worst. They definitely need a new supervisor to track their work and how they deliver people's mail. I said it and Iwill say it again they are the worst postal workers I have ever dealt with in my entire 66 years. taking it back so I have picked it from the post office.So I had to return the damaged item by UPS. Then I live in a senior's building on the 2nd floor so put so many sales newspapers in the box then when b

This are the rude people.... it's -0 for customers service am still on hold waiting for her to come back and answer my questions... This is a example of why black people can't get ahead because of the attitude.... We need new staff in bryans road post office.... They all are friends they so go figure.

I've had my mail stolen here MULTIPLE times. One time, as I was unlocking my P.O. box, I could hear some of the staff in the back walking past my box saying, "She just emptied her box (and they said my box number, that's how I know they were discussing me)." When I received notifications in my box to collect mail at the counter, the older woman with glasses (appeared to be Indian or Pakistani?) tried to charge me for my mail. I said, "The postage has already been paid as the stamps are on the pieces. The mail wouldn't have been delivered here unless it already had proper postage." She replied, "Don't have any argument in my line, you need to get out of my line." I said, "This isn't C.O.D. & withholding MY mail is a federal crime. You're getting upset because I'm questioning an illegal practice."Just as I was leaving, another lady approached the counter with a handful of mail, telling the rude employee that they once again delivered it to the wrong box. This is intentional, people. There aren't but so many P.O. boxes there & they're numbered for a reason...these "mistakes" shouldn't keep happening.I reported this office because the employee at the front desk held my mail hostage & nothing was done to correct the constant problems even after I notified management in person. There was no explanation or apology. Not only was it highly unprofessional; it was bizarre.Sometimes, some postal employees are in on stealing together & they cover for each other. No wonder the USPS is going out of business...they're stealing people's mail! Avoid this tiny post office at all costs...it's too small & they get too personal.

The ladies that work here are always so nice. Remember they can deal with a lot of difficult folks, if they are a little grumpy remember that and let them know you appreciate them!

This place is always clean, not so crowded. It’s in and out, I barely spend 5 mins here every time I have to send something. My mails always arrive on time, none of them ever got loss like when I use other USPS.
