Good people they will help you find the correct part. If its a newer car or older car no problem. You can go the web site and get it pulled before you come in the store.

I had a flat tire on my car and Bryan Road Tire refused to fix it because it was a Tesla, bought a jack and tire repair kit from Napa. The guy were friendly and helpful.

The Lady that helped me knew Excatly what she was doing and was Extremely helpful to me. She was very GOOD. I just wish Napa would stock more stuff. We really need another Speed Shop in this area. Just throwing that out there but other then that this Lady was Very impressive and I Hope my review will get her the raise I know she deserves. Companies need to learn this lesson because Good help is hard to find these days and when you find a Good One like her you do what's needed to keep Them/ Her. I normally don't say these things because it has been hard to find One but this one deserves the Praise

I've had several bad experiences at this shop, but it's always the same story. They sell you anything to get you out the door minus your money, then act like it's the end of the world when you want a refund for parts that don't fit. There's lots of turnover in this shop, which obviously speaks for the environment there. Currently it's being managed by a bat s*** crazy woman and an 18 year old kid. The lady is absolutely off her meds. Neither of these people have proper training, nor can have a decent interaction with a fellow human. It's a shame, but my experiences over the years at this shop will permanently steer me away. Do yourself a favor, use the internet, go to advance or auto zone, save yourself the trip and hassle at this establishment. It truly deserves negative 5 stars.
