Went in for an 18 inch chainsaw blade. They were behind the counter. A little annoying, but fine. Told the guy behind the counter I needed an 18 inch, 62 link chain. He said he needed the model number to look it up.
Now, I would understand if this was some kid, but this was some old guy that I've seen in there a bunch. The guy who I assume was the owner was standing right behind him. I stood there for ten minutes watching two old men fumble over chainsaw blades. I think they were hoping I would walk away, but hey, some of us have actual work to do.
Eventually I had to grab a bar that I knew fit my saw and say "here, this is the one I need."
They handed me the chain and my brother in Christ, I promise you, written on the front of the package, it said "18 inch chain" and on another spot it said "62 links". I thought these guys were struggling with something more complex than reading comprehension.
Shop here if you have to, but don't take any advice from these guys. You might as well ask a stock kid from a big box.

Lots of stuff there. Store looks small but it is large inside. Excellent variety of supplies. Not sure of the pricing but it had what I needed and could not find at bigger chain stores like Lowe's or Home Depot.

Closes at 6pm. On a Friday. No love for this store right now. I know, I should check the hours, but closing before 8 strikes me as poor service for those of us who work. I think expecting them to be open until 8 was a reasonable expectation. Thus the review.
Got here at 6 on the dot and now get the pleasure of finding a store that wants to sell things. Probably an hour extra to my commute. Like 6 cars have come into this parking lot while I typed this so I'm guessing I'm not alone here. Gave 1 extra star because it certainly looks like a nice store from the outside.

Was assisted right away. Of course, I needed to see a last item from the top shelf, but they brought the ladder and brought it down for me. Merchandise had been there it seemed, for years looking at the amount of dust on it. No purchase made bit the help was friendly.

Grabbed some items in plastic bags, the dude was busy helping someone so I just pulled the items off the hooks (plastic bags on those little locking hooks you need a tool to open) and went to the counter, he poked me in my shoulder and said "do that again and you'll never come back here" like really? It was like 2× 10 dollar items, my family and I have spent thousands in that store, you wanna lose our business because I bypassed your super high tech security system? You locked in plastic bags like morons, like what does that do aside from inconvenience every customer?
