“I have been a patient at the Jefferson office for a little over 2 years and am so happy with the genuine and caring staff and my treatment. The doctor here has worked with me and literally improved my overall health in this time and I could not be more grateful.
My doctor has even been flexible in my care at times when I didn’t or felt I couldn’t do some of the things within my treatment plan we continue to find ways to help improve my wellbeing and not al doctors are so great and flexible to work with. I also love their virtual visits. I plan to stick with this doctors office for a long, long, time!”
“I've found the center to be very accommodating. if possible. There is a shortage of medical professionals in this country. If you don't like the doctor, RN, tech, etc. just say so. No problem, they have others. Just in case it matters, the facility has a high number of residency doctors. Doesn't matter to me, they have a couple of senior doctors as well. I find it easy to work with the staff. Remember, if you're not sure of what anyone says, please ask questions. Participate. All that aside, I have no problems going there.”
“The practitioners at this facility are knowledgeable and provide excellent care; however, there is a specific concern that must be addressed. One practitioner is consistently running behind by hours. While we recognize that patient care sometimes requires flexibility, the repeated nature of these delays has become difficult for patients and families. All patients deserve the same level of care and respect for their time, and a more balanced scheduling approach is needed to ensure fairness.
In addition, the lack of updated ADA compliance at the entrance remains a significant concern. Many elder patients, who have been loyal to this practice since the building first opened, struggle to assist their loved ones while managing a door that is not easily accessible. Installing an automatic door would be a meaningful improvement, ensuring independence and safety for those who are not able-bodied.
The current doorbell system used to alert staff can also be startling and may pose risks for patients with certain health conditions such as epilepsy or heart concerns. A more patient-friendly solution would better support well-being and comfort.
Patients continue to support this practice locally, and while it is not part of a large conglomerate, it receives enough financial support from the community to reasonably fund necessary and compliant improvements. Accessibility updates are not luxuries but essential steps toward safety, dignity, and ADA compliance. Making these changes would honor the long-term patients who have trusted this practice for decades while ensuring that care remains accessible and respectful for all who enter.”
“Our family started going to the Brunswick office a year ago and was very impressed with the level of care they provide. The doctors, nurses and staff are amazing. Our lab work was even taken care of in the same office. Genie who took our lab work is the most amazing and caring person you will ever meet. She did an excellent job. Very pleased we started coming here.”
