I was on my way home from vacation. An hour away my car would not accelerate so had to call for a tow. I had to wait 2 + hours for them to come but it was so worth it. I had a man named Phil. He was so nice and socialable, he offered me a soda as well. He even waiting with me until my ride came to get me. Phil made a stressful day into a positive day.

Bill, the operator of one of White-Tuff towing rigs provide expertise in determining my 2018 Honda Accord only needed a battery (after the car died). Thanks Bill, you saved me money by preventing me from having my car towed to a garage for unnecessary diagnostic fee.

3rd time I have needed one of my work vehicles towed. They were there to Hanover in less than 30 minutes hooked van got it to dealership and provided me valuable info to save me $ on repair. Good people and I Will recommend

This is the third time my vehicle has been towed by White Huff, and I couldn't be more satisfied. The dispatcher and driver are exceptionally courteous, easy to work with, and highly professional. They arrive when scheduled, take great care with my vehicle, and make the entire experience easy and stress free. Just a great company doing a wonderful job!

Especially Jim… he was outstanding, his customer service exceeded my expectations, he is highly skilled at his career and his professionalism is off the charts. I don’t know anything about cars and he made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me in layman’s terms.

What do you want on a Saturday afternoon when your car dies? (Other than a miraculous fix.) To continue on with your weekend. That's what White-Huff did for my family. Running our 3rd car to the mechanic on a Saturday afternoon - part of a long chores list - and the car didn't make it. Mechanic (Indpendent Auto - great shop!) recommended White-Huff...for a reason. With the weekend, I expected a long wait for the junior varsity to show up. Wrong: Phil answered the phone immediately - polite, calm, professional - verified communication by text, and was on-site in 25 minutes. Not that we had to wait: he said we could leave the key under the mat so we just resumed our day. As we journeyed through our Saturday afternoon chores, Phil gave us status updates by text, including a photo of the car on his truck. It's never a fun moment when you need a tow, but Phil made it as easy as possible. No fuss, no games, all help.
