“My tire blew out on my evening commute home. Geico app worked like a charm. A-1 Priority dispatch called quickly. Tow truck arrived at original expected time of arrival -1hour - (even though dispatch and app had extended the time of arrival out another hour.) Driver was efficient, cheerful and knowledgeable; pumped up & put on my “donut” spare and had me on my way in no time while it was still light out. He even took the time to find and show me where it looked like the puncture was. I was very pleased with the whole experience (well, except the part with the tire blowing while I was driving.)”

“I made an appointment online to get the damage assessed on my new car and how much it would cost me to fix it. Due to some construction on the highway and poor planning on my part, I arrived 15 minutes late to my appointment and was completely open to rescheduling. However, the staff still took the time to look over my car damage and hear me out.
They have their prices per hour posted in the office, clear as day. As they assessed my car, they explained how the repairs would have to be done and what sort of work that would involve. They were VERY transparent about their prices, and even made a suggestion to me that, though not as pretty, using touch up paint on the roof would save me a lot of money because they would have to remove the windshields to repaint the roof, and the damage on the roof is only shallow scratches to begin with. After seeing friends deal with overspray or poor craftsmanship at other shops, the attention to detail and making sure the paint/clear coat would have adequate coverage is appreciated. They also mentioned that all of their work comes with a warranty!
Unfortunately, since I had just made a large down payment on this car, I didn't have the funds to get it fixed right away, but having seen their assessment process, as well as receiving a print out of the itemized quote, I am pleased with Slade Auto Body & Paint, and hope to bring my business to them ASAP.
Also, I'm not sure where in the review to put this, but some shops closer to me had complaints about getting their car returned with no gas or several more miles on it. I am always a little worried about someone taking my car for a joyride. However, one of the first things Slade did was record my current milage, and they added it to my printout. They really respect your property.”
“This company was called to a scene for one car that had hit debris; by the time the driver got there (quickly) there were three cars that had hit the same thing and he took care of all of us quickly and professionally. He was courteous, concerned, upbeat, had the right price, was ready for a number of types of payments. I'll use them again.”

A co-worker was walking down When we were attempting to start the vehicle And by the time he was walking back up The technician and I will both ready to go Talk about smooth sailing. Also the technician was on call that night left his family to service me at that moment & didnt just say welp we tried & rolled out because I paid already. “I feel they should have taking more time to remove headlight assembly. The Mercedes headlight unbolts easily. They were not knowledgeable in the removal. They decided to just break the bottom mounting off the headlight assembly. I would have rejected the headlamp but it was hard to find. They didn't even offer to adjust the price a little. Fortunately I was able to use the broken part from my existing headlamp. Also they stripped the adjustment threads out of the plastic headlamp by not knowing it unbolts from the underside.”
