“Found my front passenger window smashed at 8:30am, and by 1:30pm, I had a new window in, thanks to Best Price Auto Glass. When I called my insurance, they gave me a quote from Safelite, which was $264 + $25 for mobile service, except they couldn't get me in that day, and I'd have to drive out to Rosedale (from Federal Hill or Bolton Hill, Baltimore) if I wanted it done that day. A quote from a mechanic was $330 + for the window alone, installation. Then I called Best Price Auto Glass, and was told they could do it for $169, with free mobile service, and it could be done that day. A technician arrived within a couple hours, was polite and professional, and finished within thirty minutes. I also appreciate that he made sure I had a look at his work and was satisfied before I paid, seeing as I screaming baby on my hip, and dog going berserk at the moment, I may have been distracted to actually forget to check.Hopefully my car won't be broken into again, but this is Baltimore, and if it happens again, I know I'll be calling Best Price Auto Glass, as well as, recommending them to friends and family.”

Even though my insurance Co. was paying the bill, they treated me like a valued customer; accommodating my schedule and making sure I was 100% satisfied with the plan and final outcome.The best part of the experience were the EMPLOYEES who were clearly passionate about their work. I will be recommending Glass America to anyone I know that needs this kind of service.I had booked an appointment with the big windshield company that starts with S on a Monday. Four days later, on Friday, they call and say they will need to cancel my appointment due to sourcing the glass issues. So I did some digging and found Glass America. “I am so satisfied with Gerber. My 2022 hyundai Santa fea someone backed in to it. When I spoke with the insurance they asked if I had a repair place in mind I said no but I wanted someone who would know how to work on my car considering shes new. I choose this place because they know how to work on hyundais. From me getting my car looked at on a tuesday scheduled for the following Tuesday to have it repaired. Dropped it off they called enterprise to come and pick me up (already had arrangements with them). They sent me texts letting me know the status of my car. The date to have it done by was the 3rd (today) they called yesterday letting me know it was ready a day snooer, the 2nd The car was there from a tuesday and done on thursday. The car looks brand new like nothing was even wrong. If I ever need a repair place I will mostly definitely use Gerber again.Services: Painting”
