I've been coming to value village for years.I can't say much bad about this place but recently I got there at eleven minutes before they closed and the security Officer would not let me in to buy my stuff. It was 9 minutes before they closed. If you're gonna close the store at 7 o'clock close the store at 7 o'clock or maybe 5 love don't close it 11 minutes early and refuse to let a customer end to buy something. I would not recommend this place because of that and then the guy on the phone when I called got really, really ignorant with me said it's just a pair of pants, ma'am, you're making a big deal about it and he hung up on me very, very disrespectful.

I’ve noticed when certain persons are there at work you’re better off looking through the trash bins for thrift finds ? but when these persons are not you may find something of quality I personally have donated here in the hundreds literally of quality items I’m talking over 3 dozen shoes maybe 200 plus clothing items and I’m a fly girl I came several days (about 6) in a row and the following weeks and I never seen any of the donated items in the floor maybe about a 8th of miscellaneous items were put out so I had knew instantly that they had to and were taken by persons before ever hitting the sales floor and I believe a lot of items are in general done that way I mean who can blame them it’s hard out here and everybody is selling online but I believe this is the case and the trash items are marked way up to break even I personally think this is the what’s happening here it’s gone to the bbottom severely in the past 3/1’2 years like you wouldn’t believe ? but I have attached photos if you don’t believe me

First time at that particular location. Clean. Lots of items and lots of things that you didn't even know that you wanted. But you do. Organized.
I love thrift stores shopping.

Pricing people must be smoking something from the area. Along with higher and higher prices they are even putting OBVIOUSLY broken items on the floor to sell. AND there's NO RETURNS on basically everything but clothes.
Prices here have really gone up over time. For a "thrift store" that items are donated to, you would think it wouldn't be so expensive.

Prices have gotten crazy and they took away the dressing rooms. You can return certain items but only for store credit.
