“I went to Locketts based on these Google reviews and I was not disappointed.
I came in close to opening for a tire rotation, oil change, and filter change. I was out within an hour and a half. I loved that there was no pressuring or upsell - and they were kind enough to tell me something I should look towards fixing at my next oil change so I can be prepared.
What I really liked about this place was that they knew just about everyone coming in the door. I heard "how was your vacation" or "how is your husband doing", etc as people came in and out. You don't see that at really any other auto shop I've been to. You want someone to do good work on your car, which they did, but it tipped it over the edge that I felt like I could come back and be a part of a community with people who care beyond just your money. Go here!”

Staff is former Honda/Acura dealership mechanics, They know what they're doing, and only charge half what a dealership would. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“Ronnie and his team took great care of my Fiat 500. I've had other shops in the city refuse to work on my Fiat or do half-hearted work and hit a wall when it comes to ordering parts, but Olympic Auto was happy to work on my car and did quality work. They were professional, honest, and had great customer service. It's a relief to find a shop as good as this one, I’m looking forward to returning here for routine maintenance and any other issues that come up. They even went the extra mile to spend extra time working on rewiring my rear lights to save me what would have been a $1200 repair. “I really like these people at this establishment. I called them on Monday and told them that I had a blowout on my car and I was having difficulty locating a tire. It was a 185/35/18 it was a special order Tire. They told me they could have it the next day and I said that was fine. So I dropped my rim off there this morning and they told me they would give me a call when the tire arrived and they installed it on the rim. They called me about halfway through the day telling me that the delivery truck did not have the tire on it. They explained that they reached out to the supply house and it was not included on the truck by accident. The supply house told them that they would deliver it tomorrow. The staff at USA tire said that is unacceptable and they sent one of their in-house employees over to the Tire Warehouse to pick up my tire. That extra effort shows how much they care. They called me and told me that it was finished around 4:15 p.m. Which gave me plenty of time to go pick it up and pay them for their service. I highly recommend this service because I feel like they care about their customers.”

“My son sliced a tire up on his way home from work and was in need of repair or replacement. I called bay area Goodyear and spoke with Dan in Pasadena. He took us right in….evaluated the damage and told us that a new tire would be in order. He was nice enough to order us a new tire and get us on our way.
