Roses are red and Violets are blue Joshua is the best sales person Just for you. The Brooklyn location has an amazing staff. JOSHUA is very knowledgeable and so patient. The price is always right at Price Busters as well as the quality of the furniture.

Bad coustomer service and I order couch set week ago and day before delivery they said it's not available you want money back or you want another set after choosing another item they give me only 25$ discount it's bullshit it's their mistake I warn don't be scams it's a big scam

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!! If I could give them NO stars I would. So initially going to the store to purchase was fine. Joshua helped me out and he was a very patient and helpful salesperson and he made everything mad easy for us! Fast forward the day before my delivery I received a call from them (not joshua) saying that the mattress that I ordered with my bed is on back ordered and that I had TWO “upgrade” pillow top mattresses to choose from. She named them and I picked one. I went online to check the price because the lady I spoke with never told me the price or difference. Lo and behold the “upgraded” mattress she offered was actually a DOWNGRADE because it was $40 cheaper than the mattress that I initially ordered! So I called her right back to ask her how would they issue my partial refund for the difference and she said I had to email customer service and I would receive a store credit. The day of my delivery me and my fiancé was putting our bed together and the screws they gave us were too long so he had to go out and buy screws that actually fit because the ones they sent were too long. When I received the rest of my furniture we opened the box to the dining room set and started to take everything out and noticed that a leg to the chair was broke. I called them immediately and was told to email customer service. Not to mention one of my chairs didn’t have screw holes in one side of the chair ! The customer service team never apologized for all the mishaps I had to deal with. The only thing they said were “We issued a store credit and you can take your chair back to the store to get a replacement chair” ? I would NEVER buy anything from them again and I don’t recommend anyone to purchase either!

If you want cheap furniture, poor customer service, and a headache… then this is the furniture place for you!Ordered (2) twin mattresses on a Sunday for delivery the following Wednesday. Driver didn’t show up. When I called, they stated they tried to call me Tuesday to pick out something else because their product was out of stock.I went to the store in-person that Wednesday and the sales associates said I would have the pay the difference for upgraded mattresses (x2). I felt that was unprofessional and I was entitled to a refund. I left and picked up 2 mattresses elsewhere because I had family coming into town to stay with us for a few months.To summarize:1- they sold me something that was not in stock2- there’s no ph# for customer service and the managers on duty have zero power. Only the Owner who hides behind an email has authority3- I sent an e-mail that same Wednesday, followed up with 3 phone calls on Friday, Monday, and Tuesday before I finally got an email response4- e-mail stated that I would only receive store credit, NO REFUND. Zero accountability was taken by Price Busters for their mistake on the sales floorDon’t shop here. They obviously do not care about their customers or repeat business.

Zero stars. The worst customer service I've ever had. First, don't tell a customer calling to purchase furniture that you "must axe a que-est-tion" Next, do not tell them you cannot help them when the customer is giving you all of the information. No sku number? Ok, Google it. You're working for the company and don't be lazy. The next is, don't call back the number and say you don't know who called.. maybe a manager. I called back and was laughed at saying I was returning a call. "The only person who could of called was a manager".. "ok, well May I speak with the manager"... the lady laughed and said he's busy and they only have two lines... once I said ok I'll continue to hold, she eventually transferred. Zachary aka Rob answered.. he said that the sales people are paid what they are paid and it is what they are paid. No. Don't blame your lack of pay for lack of customer service. Have an upright citizen who knows how to speak proper English and be empathetic and compassionate as a customer service representative. I give this company ZERO stars. You lost a customer that was going to pay by full over the phone and give you what I WANT TO ORDER.

The customer service sales rep made my purchase smooth and easy. Talk to jalin she is amazing and will help you and get you right on track in a hurry. I love speaking with her and i appreciate good service!! I will be back now I’m waiting on my delivery!!

I would give less than a star if I could!! Avoid the Rosedale store at all costs. The furniture is less expensive, but if you have a problem, forget about getting it resolved. Once you pay that money, they are done with you. They have no customer service number, only and email under the name ALLEN JONES. It takes days for them to respond and they offer no real resolution. The warranty they sell you does not cover the frame of a couch, only the fabric and pillows. They don't tell you that. The leg on my couch broke less than a year of owning it and they would not repair or replace it or provide the manufacurer's information. Go to Gavigan's or Ashley.

Very unprofessional customer service. I just spent $700. On a damaged mustard colored sofa. The store will not replace nor refund my purchase. Do not shop here. They have absurd policies and procedures and do not honor paying patrons. They are a scam.

Don't waist your time. Absolutely a garbage store. I went to help my sister pick up a queen sized bed and box spring for our father. We carried out the mattress to the truck. A guy comes rushing back outside saying that my sister had to sign the paperwork and he takes the mattress back into the store. Mind you that the items are fully paid with receipt in hand. So she goes inside and they cannot find the paperwork. So the store worker calls the manager and the manager says that we cannot pick up the items on weekends. I asked was she told that at the time she purchased the items and the worker said no, it's something new they started after the end of tax season and they need a manager there to verify and managers don't work on weekends. I said that we all work during the week and I'm not able to get the items during the week, that's why we came on the weekend because weekdays aren't going to work for us. My sister asked for a refund. The worker called her manager to notify the manager of the situation. She said that the manager said that my sister would have to come in tomorrow and talk with the manager. I expressed that basically we felt as though we were scammed, we gave them the money for these items and on arrival to pick them up, they refused to release the items. This is a sham operation and I will never ever spend my money at this company again.

Great experience! Beautiful pieces for affordable prices and I was lucky to catch a sale. Niyah from the Brooklyn Park store had excellent customer service. She was knowledgeable, kind, patient and funny. The entire staff was helpful with the furniture and other things. Exemplary experience.

I brought a bed set in November 2022 that cost $2500 dollars by the end of December the legs broke I can only contact them through email and that sucks moving forward they sent somebody to so call fix it and within a few weeks after back on the floor again I kept emailing them no response calling etc they said you can only email once you purchase I hired my own handy man to find out that they only put a few support legs on the frame to support the bed that's why the bed kept braking moreover they gave me a incomplete bed set maybe a bed that was returned or so they customer service suck never again and I'm going to sue them big time

I came in not looking for anything in particular and Jeff stopped me with an great attitude telling me about all the different appliances and how I could layout my new apartment he was of great help and definitely coming back and sending all my friends and they friends and if they don’t have friends they girlfriends got friends .
