No a good t mobile store went there to pay my bill they wanted to charge me $85 and told me my phone number was recycled and had to get another phone number they lie go to the T-Mobile in Glen Burnie

I went there Aug 1st to switch from boost mobile. I spent over $100 on first month bill activation n charger box case ect....here it is Aug 6th n I still don't have any service. I've been back to the store all week n no1 can seem to get my phone up n running or tell me my other options. I'm going to return soon n demand a freaking refund. Someone messed up and didn't activate my sim card. Not to mention I purchased several of them. I'm calling BBB cuz this is ridiculous !!!!

Customer Service is POOR. I just bought a phone from this store. I came here about an hour earlier, walked in the door and the white lady didn't open her mouth to speak. I watched three others do so and she didn't acknowledge them. When I asked her how to switch, I was told I needed my old account number. I got that and returned 30 minutes later. One person being helped and she was on the floor. She DID NOT SPEAK again. And the man behind the desk didn't say hello but told her to help me. THIS CHICK LOOKED ME IN THE FACE AS IF SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHY I WAS THERE WHEN 30 MINUTES EARLIER I HAD JUST TOLD HER I WANTED TO SWITCH TO METRO. I mentioned it again, then she turned on the phone. SHE DIDN'T EXPLAIN SERVICES, HOW TO ACCESS THE BONUSES, WHEN MY BILL WOULD COME If this is what METRO PCS calls customer service, then you missed the mark greatly. I AM COMING FROM ANOTHER BRAND and I AM TREATED LIKE I offended the staff. Just because you are in a low income neighborhood doesn't mean you have to act mean. Especially when ALL the customers there were NICE.

The workers in this store.now steal people's money and state due to covid there's no receipts. Then when u ask them to pull cameras up because you know they pocketed the money they offer to fix the issue to turn around and unfix and repocket the money afterwards. This is ridiculous. I would not recommend anyone going to this store in Brooklyn park any time soon. They hire thieves and expect people to be ok with their money being stolen.
