“My daughter and I went to this location last weekend to get her blood! My nine year old daughter, was really scared and terrified to go, because of the terrible experience, we had on our last visit! When I arrived, I was happy to learned that there were new employees and that they have gotten rid of that EVIL woman! The young lady, Mirah was a BLESSING to my daughter and I! She was very professional, and polite! She was so sweet, caring and gentle with my baby! The last woman we had was very mean, nasty and evil. The woman shoved that needle in my baby's arm while I looked away to distract my baby! And I believed she used the biggest one! At the time, I thought my mind was playing tricks on, and maybe I was tripping! But after talking to other people, they experienced the same too! She is really a sick person, enjoying torturing, inflicting pain on kids for enjoyment. Then to hear she's at another location, is crazy! You guys NEED TO INVESTIGATE this woman and get RID of that evil woman, FOREVER! SHE'S EVIL!! Now back to Miss, Mirah! Thanks so much for making my daughter feel comfortable! So parents, if u want someone u can TRUST, who will has patience and will be gentle with your babies! Go to this location, and ask for lil Miss, Mirah, she's the best!”
“We just went to this location to get my daughter's blood drawn. I was listening to how kind and helpful this person at the counter was to 2 older people. She really explained everything to them, and was very kind and patient.We were next. Her name was Aisha. She was so amazing! Not only was she helpful and fast, she literally brightened mine and my daughter's day. My daughter said she had magic hands, and it didn't hurt at all. Then she gave her a cute little bag with a fox on it. I mean.... I liked her so much... I was gonna ask her what she was doing this weekend to have a girls night. Lol. She is definitely the type of person who should be working in the medical field with other people. She needs a raise a.s.a.p.”

“I wish I knew names but I took my son in for blood test his doctor ordered. I didn’t go back with him this time and they called me back as he passed out ! The staff reacted fast calmly and I wish management could give them a little something extra . My son is 6ft4 and they knew exactly what to do on the moment like this . They really are local hero’s and I hope they know how grateful I am for there knowledge and for there fast reaction . Thank you from the bottom of my heart !!!”

“Steph is a god send! She is the only person who has been able to stick my son once and get his blood. We have been in the emergency department where they had multiple people try with UV lights and ultrasound and still couldn’t get it. Literally thank god for people like her, I was about to just not get my son’s blood drawn because I didn’t think any of us could get through the trauma of it again. Would give a thousand stars if I could! Whatever they pay her it should be double!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Shanee. She is the patient service site coordinator and when she is not there are hell breaks loose. I’ve been going to the Merritt location for the last 3 years since i got a chronic illness and she keeps the place running smooth. When she’s not there all hell breaks loose. I have a lot of files with different names and she always finds my requisition with ease. I do see a lot of negative reviews for this location but coming from someone who has been getting blood drawn for the last few years and going to multiple locations this one is the best for me so far.”
“I dont understand why this lab site gets so many low ratings! I didn't have to wait for too long, front staff person was nice and cordial and the person who drew my blood work was nice to me. Maybe the low ratings are due to the large amount of Karens and male Karens that use this particular Labcorp site. Also, I notice some older people that walked away because of the self check in Ipads. They were clearly not tech savvy.”
