βThe problem I had was that there are too many companies that are involved, you have ALE doing one thing & from my experience they are not really proficient at what they do and after all that was done I get hit with an investigation, I tell you being homeless really sucks and if I found out about a third-party involvement I would be extremely mad, I lost everything and really what I got would never replace certain things that I lost, ie one of my cats, a friend of 10 plus years, my religion things, so . I am sorry but how it started working with All-State was fine ,but it ended badβ

βIt was really great for the most pert, however my last conversation with a lady who answered the phone was very difficult. She was unfriendly and brash. I tried reasoning with her but it was her way or the highway. I did have a young man when I first transferred my account from my aunt to myself because it was willed to me in her estate. He did everything he could to assist me. I did not have all of the documents that were needed to complete the transfer and he gave me some time to locate them and called me back. It was a great experience and he was very kind. I hope that she can learn a few things from him.β
