New to the area and just walked inside the owner I’m assuming is racist towards black people I’m assuming he thought I didn’t have the money to pay for what I wanted I showed a picture what I wanted and his response was “ no I won’t do it for you “ I was highly upset because he doesn’t know me nor what I do for a living but I will stick to my normal shop who respects me and make me feel at home

I called to make an appointment today and got hung up on twice i don’t recommend at all. I was willing to pay top dollar but with customer service like this i recommend going else where. I will not be returning and i was once a regular customer. Service has went down since Ming left. Just find somewhere else to go

Horrible treatment.
Wouldn’t fix
Was even there to get mani after your repair.
Her was so rude and telling me to leave.
Was in on Tuesday, other man did great job on skin on feet, not really massage, they looked good. Got in bed Thursday to find whole gel toenail pieces. (2 days) had to work Friday, come in Saturday owner saying No No wrong spa. Telling me I was never here, then turned it into “it was weeks ago!”
Tell me that gel wouldn’t be way further from cuticle if weeks?!
Told me never to come back.
Wt f ever! So rude and actually very overpriced at $60 for a pedicure w/gel.

Every time I come here the price changes for higher for a full set. It just makes no sense one week is $60 for long others is $75 the board says full set starts at $35 and up where's the breakdown

I won't be back. I asked the eyebrow guy to just clean up my eyebrows and he took so much off that they're now pencil thin. The manicure guy cut too much cuticle and because he cut too much on one side, now my cuticles are slanted. Paying attention to detail is important.

If I could give this establishment ZERO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL! They are terrible, rude, and are known to have their customers leaving with fungus issues and more. They stated that they will not service if THEY MESS UP THEIR OWN WORK. They are racist and act like they don’t speak English and practically kick people out of their shop for complaining about their LACK of work. Please save yourself. I am so mad that on this special day I was humiliated, yelled at and refused to even help make the situation better. I even offered to pay them all over again. This is TERRIBLE. Save yourself the trip, there’s too many mice, roaches, and rats anyway.

I couldn’t not believe that my feet were not ashy when I went in, but were scaling and ashy after she was done! I didn’t allow them to polish as the service kept getting worse the longer I was there.
My overlay broke off before I could even make it across the street to Kathy’s Nails..they fixed my issues and gave me a real pedicure! They also gave me a five dollar discount on my next visit. Thank you Kathy’s!!!! You shine high above the rest.

Steve bad services, he only have 2 customers, and because only want eyebrows, don't want to do it, I will never come back again, I a regular customer and just because I only want , eyebrows don't want to do it , I ask for the manager Steve only said his not here I'm the only one right now, Don't go over there

Horrible place to go. Worse experiences ever . I usually go to get my eyebrows done however I decided to give them a chance . Next day my polish chipped off . I. Went back but they were closed so I decided to try the third day and not only are they rude but unprofessional. Very poor communication and racist . I don’t recommend sending or going here at all . These people don’t care about their community only the dollar they make, and as men and women who faithfully support and respect other cultures, it is not reciprocated. I learned that today when I was turned down by the same man who did my nails three days prior , he dismissed me and turned his back . The lack of respect was so blatant that I gathered myself and my son who is autistic and who they speak & left . I will never spend another dime of my money with that establishment and I urge other folks to do so as well . I was a loyal customer however it is blatant evidence that they do not care about the African American culture because of how the caucasian , Latino , etc folks are treated . Thank you .

Terrible TERRRIBLE service. The man in there kept staring at my wife eye ? effin her. He was rude and was not following directions and got upset once we informed him that that is not the procedure we asked for and literally got loud with me took me everything in my power not to put my hands on him he was very disrespectful.Services: Pedicure

I went here for a pedicure. I subbed at 3 p.m, they said it would be about 15 minutes so I waited. I paid for the 45$ pedicure, I asked for black polish, she finished the pedicure and said "no time for polish we are closed" come back tomorrow. I was not really happy about this but I didn't want to cause an issue as I intended to come back, which I did. They were closed the next day and didn't bother to mention this the day prior. 45$ and I still tipped 10$ even though the service was sub-par. My toenails look like a child cut them and I'm just glad I didn't bother asking to get my eyebrows done. Never again.Service: Manicure
