The Doctor is compassionate and amazing and The Best! From the Front Desk to the MA, my experience was amazing. i am very sick. I felt very badly. They did everything to help me quickly and get me well, very professional.

Worst experience ever!! made an appointment on line and confirmed. When we showed up for our appointment they could not take us. 2 people in the waiting when one walked behind the desk and said we can not help you our computers are down I asked what does that mean she stated that our computers are down and we can’t do anything! They could have seen the patient and billed later by making copies of all information. Never ever Again !!! I don’t write bad reviews but this was ridiculous they could have called us to say please don’t come in. I don’t live in the area and drove 20 mins to pick my mom up to make our timed appointment.

My husband brought me there this morning to be seen for possible pink eye. The staff (nurses, receptionists, doctors & NPs) were all extremely helpful, friendly/pleasant & welcoming. I'd like to thank everyone for their kind service. I'd like to thank Ms. Ashley Eden, NP for her wonderful service & bedside manner. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know. Have a wonderful day to all.

Dr. W. Teets was very nice and informative. She took the time to listen and didn't rush through me. I waited 45min with an appt. With an appt why should one wait longer or is that expected anyway. This was the worse place I've ever been to. Front desk was relatively nice but to be charged over 200$ for a visit for a doctor to snort around and assume I have allergies. Did nothing for me.

I made a time slot appt and got here 30mins early. They system messed up and they removed me so now here I am 3 hours later cause they messed up and deleted me and they taking walk-ins that came after me first. They made the mess up they should've fixed it and I be seen next. I'm sick with my unsick child that's most likely gonna be sick now.
